Abstract: Thisstudyis a criticalanalysisoftheworkingconditionsofteachers in CharacterAllowedTemporary (ACT) in thepublicschoolsofFlorianopolis. The methodofinterpretation, analysis, constructionandcompletionofthestudyisthedialecticalandhistoricalmaterialism; revolutionaryMarxism. It isthecategoryofthefoundationalwork as a social praxisandteachingactivitiesfocusedon training individuals for specific social andhistorical social relations concrete, immediateandmediated. The period covers theheydayoffocusedproposalsand neoliberal practices in Brazilianpubliceducation, productiverestructuringofwork processes andorganizationofworkers in managerialpatterns - whosemainobjectiveisthedevelopmentandaccumulationof capital for the world bourgeoisie - theresultofsystemic crises increasingly brutal capitalist system, addingformsexploratorydirectedto a flexibleaccumulationof capital, takingfullworkingcapacityoftheworkingclassthatlivesthewealthneeded for theirclassdomination. The developmentofresearchenablestheunderstandingofneoliberalism in publiceducation in a particular location (Florianópolis), butthatistheresultof a global reality in a periodandphase-imperialistmonopoly capital anddestrutivista. Demonstratesfacetbarbaricconservative neoliberal capital in thecreationofhumanmassesunemployedandunder-employed, tryingtohighlightandclarifytheconstitutionofteachingreferenced in thesecircumstances. Wesearchedthetemporaryteachersbecausetheyrepresent, in a general world situationintensifiedexploitationoftheworkingclass, themostprecariousandvulnerableworkers, synthesisofdecayof labor relations, training andeducational processes ofhumanityandprogressivetrendofmorphologicalcharacteristicsoftheworkingclass in thecurrentperiod. Researchexcelledby a bias qualitative (questionnaires), wheretheanswersmattered more thanthecontentpresentedbystatisticalrelationshipsand data minimallyknowntoall. Professor ACT, temporary, mayexpressdissatisfactionwiththeirsituation, developargumentsthatattempttoindicatetheconditionswithwhich it carries out its work, rethinkingtheirteachingandtheir position in the labor market, reactingtogovernmentdictates, raisinghisvoicetothosewhofeelcontempt for whatisandpromisestobeallocatedtothepublicschoolchildrenoftheworking class. The overwhelmingconclusionistrue: theconditionstendtoworsen as thebourgeoisieneedsbecomeincreasinglylargerspaces "commodification" ofvaluationof its capital, targetingthepubliccoffersand its wealthtosatisfythebanks, multinationalsandentrepreneursfromtheeducation. Unless - andthe feeling that moves us in thiscriticalendeavor - thelivesoftheworkingclass, thecollective figure ofteachers - amongthemtemporary - Stand up! Andunderthedirectionofthefractionofworkersandconsciouslyrevolutionaryorganization, createtheconditions for a radical transformationofsociety, towards a world emancipatedwithoutexploitationandoppression.
