O uniVerso da horta pedagógica e as múltiplas linguagens na educação infantil

Abstract

Esta pesquisa busca analisar as práticas e os processos de aprendizagem de professores com a Horta Pedagógica e as Múltiplas Linguagens nas unidades de Educação Infantil na Rede Municipal de Educação de Florianópolis (SC). Para isso, o estudo traz como referencial o levantamento na Biblioteca Digital Brasileira de Teses e Dissertações (BDTD), para verificar o enfoque dado aos trabalhos com Horta Escolar; o histórico do Projeto Educando com a Horta Escolar e a Gastronomia (PEHEG); os autores Carolyn Edwards, Lella Gandini e George Forman (1999), para contextualização das múltiplas linguagens na Educação Infantil; as Orientações Curriculares da Educação Infantil de Florianópolis, em documento do Núcleo de Ação Pedagógica (NAPs) Relações com a Natureza, para subsidiar a relação com a Horta Pedagógica. Foi aplicado um questionário com cinco professoras e três gestoras da Rede Municipal de Educação de Florianópolis com o intuito de compartilhar vivências e experiências nesse universo, bem como a utilização de fotos e registros de campo do pesquisador, relacionados à experiência de assessoria do PEHEG pelo Centro de Estudos e Promoção da Agricultura de Grupo (CEPAGRO). Assim, a pesquisa evidenciou que a Horta Pedagógica amplia e está conectada às Múltiplas Linguagens, sendo meio e ambiente para a realização de vivências plurais, promovendo relação recíproca entre o espaço horta e a sala de referência, com aprendizado significativo para crianças e professores. Nesse sentido, concluiu-se que as formações e trocas de experiências entre professores são fundamentais para o aprofundamento e a ampliação das possibilidades da Horta Pedagógica e as múltiplas linguagens na Educação Infantil.

Abstract: The aim of the research is to analyze the practices and the learning processes with the pedagogical garden and the multiple languages proposed by teachers in the Early Childhood Education Units in the Municipal Education Network of Florianópolis (SC). For this, the study brings as a reference the survey made at the Brazilian Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations (BDTD) to verify the focus given to the work with pedagogical garden; the history of Educating with the Pedagogical Garden and Gastronomy Project (PEHEG); the authors Carolyn Edwards, Lella Gandini and George Forman (1999) to contextualize the multiple languages in early childhood education; the Curricular Guidelines for Early Childhood Education in Florianópolis, in a document from the Pedagogical Action Center (NAPs) and its relations with nature, to support the relationship with the pedagogical garden. A questionnaire was applied to five teachers and three managers of the Florianópolis Municipal Education Network to share their experiences in this field, as well as the use of photos and fieldwork records of the researcher, related to the PEHEG advisory experience by the Center for Studies and Promotion of Group Agriculture (CEPAGRO). Thus, the research showed that the pedagogical garden expands and connects multiple languages, being an environment for the realization of plural experiences, promoting a reciprocal relationship between the garden space and the reference room, stimulating meaningful learning for children and teachers. In this sense, it was concluded that the training and the exchange of experiences between teachers are fundamental for deepening and expanding the possibilities of the Pedagogical Garden and the multiple languages in early childhood education.
