"Você fecha minha escola e eu tiro o seu sossego": ocupações secundaristas e movimento estudantil

Abstract

A presente dissertação resulta de pesquisa sobre o conflito político em torno do projeto de reorganização de escolas estaduais no estado de São Paulo, no ano de 2015, no qual 212 unidades escolares foram ocupadas pelos estudantes como forma de protesto. Partimos do pressuposto de que existem duas dimensões a serem investigadas neste fenômeno, a saber, o antagonismo entre o movimento secundarista insurgente e o Governo Estadual Paulista, que constitui um eixo vertical do conflito, e a disputa interna entre diferentes correntes políticas atuantes no movimento estudantil, o que chamamos de eixo horizontal. Por considerar que uma das determinações mais fundamentais da luta política é a orientação assumida pelas diferentes forças coletivas em confronto, a centralidade das questões estratégicas, ideológicas e organizacionais será o fio condutor da investigação sobre o processo. A partir da investigação desta experiência particular, buscamos extrair algumas hipóteses analíticas sobre o movimento estudantil de modo geral, especialmente a respeito de sua constituição enquanto força coletiva, bem como suas crises e desafios na contemporaneidade. Para tanto, nos baseamos no arcabouço teórico da abordagem coletivista, constituída a partir das teses de autores como Pierre- Joseph Proudhon, Mikhail Bakunin e Georges Gurvitch, que lega um método de análise que procede de baixo para cima , dos elementos particulares às totalidades, e busca investigar os fenômenos sociais a partir da ação das forças coletivas que os conformam. A pesquisa privilegia o estudo dos materiais produzidos pelos próprios sujeitos do confronto e combina esta pesquisa empírica com um estudo complementar da produção acadêmica sobre a temática. Deste modo, pretendemos abranger ao máximo a diversidade e complexidade do movimento a fim de elaborar algumas hipóteses explicativas para os fenômenos da ação coletiva estudantil.

Abstract : This thesis is based on researches on the political conflict surrounding reorganization project for state schools in the state of São Paulo, in the year 2015, in which 212 school units were occupied by students as a protest method. We start from the assumption that there are two dimensions to be investigated in this phenomenon, namely the antagonism between the insurgent secondary-school students movement against São Paulo State Government, composer of a vertical axis of the conflict, and the internal dispute between different political trends inside the student movement, which we call a horizontal axis. Considering that one of the most fundamental determinatinations of political struggle is the orientation undertaken by the different collective forces in confront, the centrality of strategic, ideological and organizational matters will be the guiding thread of investigation into the process. From the investigation of this particular experience, we seek to extract some analytical hypothesis about the student movement as a whole, regarding its constitution as a collective force, as well as its crisis and challenges in contemporaneity. Therefore, we are based on the theoretical framework of the collectivist approach, built on the thesis of authors such as Pierre Joseph Proudhon, Mikhail Bakunin and Georges Gurvitch, which provides an analysis method that proceeds \"from the bottom up\", from the particular elements to the totalities, and seeks to investigate social phenomena from the action of the collective forces that conform to them. This research privileges the study of materials produced by the subjects composing the confrontation itself and combines this empirical research to a complementary study of the academic production on this matter. Thereby, we intend to embrace the diversity and complexity of the movement to the maximum in order to elaborate some explanatory hypothesis for the phenomena of students´ collective action.
