O complexo portuário e logístico de Itajaí/Navegantes (SC): regulamentação, consolidação, demandas infraestruturais e dinâmica das empresas de transporte e logística

Abstract

O complexo portuário e logístico de Itajaí/Navegantes caracteriza-se por ser uma região com grande aglomeração de serviços de transporte e logística, bem como na produção industrial de suporte às mesmas atividades. Com o desenvolvimento tecnológico, possibilitaram-se novas formas de organização da produção e da circulação do capital. Destarte, os espaços portuários que não se adaptam rapidamente a essas tendências são duramente reprimidos com a concorrência de outros mais modernos e eficientes. A exemplo disso, vamos demonstrar nessa pesquisa como o complexo portuário e logístico de Itajaí/Navegantes tem se sobressaído na atual conjuntura econômica, recorrendo a análise dos: 1) aspectos político-institucionais para o setor marítimo-portuário; 2) formação e análise da organização do quadro atual de infraestruturas nas zonas primária e secundária do complexo portuário e logístico do Itajaí; 3) gargalos e investimentos em infraestruturas portuária e de acesso aos terminais; 4) e o papel das empresas de transporte e logística na organização espacial da região.<br>

Abstract : The port and logistics complex of Itajaí/Navegantes is characterized as a region with great agglomeration of transportation and logistics services, as well as in industrial production support the same activities. With technological development, it enabled new forms of organization of production and the circulation of capital. Thus, the port areas that do not adapt quickly to these trends are harshly repressed with competition from more modern and efficient. As an example, we will demonstrate in this study as the port and logistics complex of Itajaí/Navegantes has been outstanding in the current economic climate, using analysis of: 1) political and institutional aspects for the maritime-port sector; 2) training and organizational analysis of the current situation of infrastructure in primary and secondary areas of the port and logistics complex of Itajaí/Navegantes; 3) bottlenecks and investments in port infrastructure and access to terminals; 4) and the role of transport and logistics companies in the spatial organization of the region.
