| Abstract: |
A rede de pontos do atlas compreende seis (6) localidades pertencentes à microrregião, a saber: Coari (ponto 1), Codajás (ponto 2), Anori (ponto 3), Anamã (ponto 4), Beruri (ponto 5) e Caapiranga (ponto 6). Abstract: The thesis entitled Linguistic Atlas of the Coari Microregion, in the state of Amazonas (ALiMCO), aims to document and describe part of the linguistic reality of the Coari Microregion with regard to spoken Portuguese, in its phonetic-phonological and semanticlexical aspects. To this end, the specific objectives are: (i) to identify clusters of phonetic and/or lexical linguistic variants that evidence patterns of regional variation in the Microregion; (ii) to analyze the influence of social variables, such as sex and age group, on the speech of the Microregion under study; (iii) to carry out comparative and interpretative studies on the phenomena considering socio-historical aspects of the Amazon Region. The study was conducted from the theoretical-methodological perspective of Pluridimensional Dialectology (Thun, 1998), thus encompassing, in addition to the diatopic dimension, the diasexual and diagenerational dimensions. The atlas point network comprises six (6) locations belonging to the microregion, namely: Coari (point 1), Codajás (point 2), Anori (point 3), Anamã (point 4), Beruri (point 5) and Caapiranga (point 6). Twenty-four (24) informants native residents of the locations were selected, four (4) at each survey point, considering the stratification of sex (male/female) and age range (18 to 35 years and 50 to 65 years), with schooling levels of 8 to 13 years. Regarding data collection, this was carried out through the application of the phoneticphonological questionnaire (QFF), with 71 questions, and the semantic-lexical questionnaire (QSL), with 171 questions, whose objective was to record lexical forms distributed in the semantic fields Physical Environment, Biotic Environment and Anthropic Environment. Three (3) semi-directed discourse questions were also applied. The questionnaires were developed based on the model of the questionnaires from the Linguistic Atlas of Brazil Project (ALiB) (National Committee, 2001); the Linguistic Atlas of Amazonas - ALAM (Cruz, 2004); and the Linguistic Atlas of Southern Amazonas ? ALSAM (Maia, 2018), as well as some original questions. Linguistic maps were created using the Software for Generation and Visualization of Linguistic Maps ? SGVCLin (Romano, Seabra, Oliveira, 2014) to analyze and present the data, highlighting the diatopic and multidimensional diversity of the region. The research is divided into three parts: Volume I (thesis); Volume II (phonetic-phonological maps and semantic-lexical maps), which together summarize a total of 222 linguistic maps (75 phonetic maps and 147 semantic-lexical maps). |
