As parcelas mediam 3,0 x 2,0 m. The search for more efficient plant nutrition technologies that are less aggressive to the environment is the subject of constant research. The use of growth-promoting microorganisms is one of the pillars of the revolution to produce food. Beans are one of the most important crops in the country. Due to the territorial extension of Brazil, there is great variation in edaphoclimatic conditions between regions, making it difficult to adapt some microorganisms, especially those carried by inoculants. In this work, the objective was to evaluate the effect of inoculation of rhizobia isolates obtained from common bean (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) grown in Curitibanos - SC. The region has different climatic and soil characteristics. The experiment was installed in the Experimental Area of the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC), Curitibanos campus. Planting was carried out in December 2018. The experimental design was in randomized blocks, with five treatments (T1-control; T2 - CIAT 899 (standard strain); T3 - Isolated RZ14; T4 - isolated RZ15; T5 - 150 kg of N / ha - 333.33 kg of urea / ha, without inoculation) and five replications. The plots measured 3.0 x 2.0 m. The evaluated parameters were the leaf nitrogen content, nitrogen content in the grain and productivity. The data were submitted to analysis of variance (ANOVA) and when significant, to the Scott-Knott test at 5%. In productivity, significance was observed with the inoculation of RZ15 and with urea, suggesting its potential of FBN. There was an increase in production of 552.41 kg / ha with RZ15, when compared to the standard strain, proposing its greater efficiency, in the edaphoclimatic conditions of the region. |
