Abstract: A cultura do feijão possui grande importância econômica e social em todo o país. The bean crop has great economic and social importance throughout the country. The use of chemical fertilizers, especially nitrogen fertilizers, are the largest responsible for increases in production costs and can be harmful to the environment. An alternative for reducing the use of inputs is the use of diazotrophic bacteria, capable of symbiosis with legumes, among which the rhizobia, which are currently the most studied genera, stand out. In this context, the objective was to test two rhizobial isolates from the UFSC campus Curitibanos Rhizobacteria Collection. The experiment was conducted at the vegetation house of UFSC campus Curitibanos and was conducted in a randomized block design (RBD), containing seven treatments and eight replications. The treatments used were inoculation of rhizobia isolates RBZ14, RBZ15, the standard strain CIAT 899, association between CIAT899 and RBZ14, association between CIAT899 and RZB15, association between RBZ14 and RBZ15 and control without fertilization and inoculation. The evaluated parameters were fresh and dry shoot mass (g), fresh and dry root mass (g), fresh and dry nodule mass (g) and leaf nitrogen content (g.kg-1). All showed significant statistical differences. In general, more expressive results were obtained by inoculating the standard strain CIAT899.
