Plano de cargos e salários para o Auto Posto Nienkotter

Abstract

Este trabalho teve como objetivo principal desenvolver uma proposta de Plano de Cargos e Salários para o Auto Posto Nienkötter. Para tanto foi necessário executar algumas etapas. A primeira etapa consistiu em uma pesquisa bibliográfica que pôde fornecer os conhecimentos teóricos necessários para executar as etapas subseqüentes. Depois foi feita uma pesquisa de campo de onde se obtiveram as informações relativas aos cargos. Com as informações da pesquisa foi possível analisar os cargos; descrevê-los e especificá-los. A partir da análise dos cargos foi realizada a sua avaliação. Paralela a avaliação também ocorreu a pesquisa salarial. Os dados obtidos com a avaliação e com a pesquisa salarial foram utilizados para elaboração da estrutura e da política salarial. Por fim foi simulada a aplicação do plano. Com a aplicação da teoria à realidade da empresa foi possível propor uma estrutura salarial equilibrada e uma política salarial que estimula o aumento do desempenho do colaborador.

This work had as objective main to immediate develop a proposal of Positions and Wages for the Auto Nienkötter Rank. For in such a way it was necessary to execute some stages. The first stage consisted of a bibliographical research that could supply the theoretical knowledge necessary to execute the subsequent stages. Later a field research was made of where if the positions had gotten the relative information. With the information of the research it was possible to analyze the positions; to describe them and to specify them. From the analysis of the positions its evaluation was carried through. Parallel the evaluation also occurred also to the wage research. The data gotten with the evaluation and the wage research had been used for elaboration of the structure and the wage politics. Finally the application of the plan was simulated. With the application of the theory the reality of the company was possible to consider a wage structure balanced and one wage politics that the increase of the performance of the collaborator stimulates.
