“O LÉBREL DECOMPANHIADACONDESSAIRLANDESA”: aficcionalização do evento real no processo de escrita dramática

Abstract

O objetivo do presente trabalho é descrever e analisar o método experimental de ficcionalizar uma obra dramática, visando respeitar as convenções do gênero teatral, que depende severamente de técnicas, regras e formas. A metodologia foi aplicada no processo de escrita da peça teatral “O Lébrel de Companhia da Condessa Irlandesa”. A obra ficcional foi criada a partir de significativos eventos pessoais ocorridos com a autora. Eventos que foram dramatizados por meio da pesquisa de recursos históricos que distanciam o enredo de uma biografia. Este trabalho se embasa no conhecimento teórico adquirido ao longo da graduação em Artes Cênicas da Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, nos escritos de Henry James e Walter Besant sobre ficção, Roland Barthes sobre escrita e David Ball e Anatol Rosenfeld sobre dramaturgia. A peça conta a história de uma nobre fugitiva impulsiva, que, acompanhada de seu cachorro e sua dama de companhia fiel, deve arcar com as consequências de suas escolhas mal planejadas.

The objective of this project is to describe and analyze the experimental method of fictionalizing a dramatic play, aiming to respect the conventions of the theatrical genre, which heavily depends on techniques, rules, and form. The methodology was applied in the writing process of the play “O Lébrel de Companhia da Condessa Irlandesa.” The fictional project was created from significant personal events experienced by the author. These events were dramatized through the research of historical resources that distance the plot from a biography. This work is based on the theoretical knowledge acquired during the undergraduate program in Performing Arts at the Federal University of Santa Catarina, on the writings of Henry James and Walter Besant about fiction, Roland Barthes on writing, and David Ball and Anatol Rosenfeld on dramaturgy. The play tells the story of an impulsive runaway noblewoman who, accompanied by her dog and her faithful lady-in-waiting, must face the consequences of her poorly planned choices.
