A violência contra o feminino na queda da ordem patriarcal

Abstract

A violência contra a mulher e as pesssoas LGBTQIA+ na contemporaneidade é expressiva , o que é contra intuitivo tendo em perspectiva que cada vez mais se debate sobre a existência e os direitos, bem como há movimentos culturais de maior aceitação e empoderamento dos sujeitos compreendidos nesses grupos. O presente trabalho se funda a partir da interrogação sobre a existência de uma relação entre a queda da ordem patriarcal e a violência contra esses sujeitos. Para averiguar essa relação, realizou-se uma breve contextualização histórica do que seria a queda da ordem patriarcal, olhando para os direitos conquistados pelos sujeitos alvo dessa violência; verificar se a violência contemporânea emerge da decomposição dessa ordem; e investigar se e por que essa violência se direciona contra esses sujeitos O método utilizado é a revisão bibliográfica, a partir do marco teórico da psicanálise lacaniana e freudiana. Ao final, conclui-se que há sim uma relação entre a decomposição da ordem patriarcal e a violência sistêmica contra esses sujeitos que em comum partilham o feminino psicanalítico.

Violence against women and LGBTQIA+ people in contemporary times is significant, which is counterintuitive considering the increasing debate about existence and rights, as well as cultural movements fostering greater acceptance and empowerment of individuals within these groups. The present work is based on an interrogation regarding the existence of a relationship between the fall of the patriarchal order and violence against these subjects. To investigate this relationship, which is the main objective, the following specific objectives were outlined: to provide a brief historical contextualization of what the fall of the patriarchal order would be, considering the rights achieved by the subjects targeted by this violence; to verify whether contemporary violence emerges from the decomposition of this order; and to investigate whether and why this violence is directed against these subjects. The method used is a bibliographic review, based on the theoretical framework of Lacanian and Freudian psychoanalysis. In the end, it is concluded that there is a relationship between the decomposition of the patriarchal order and systemic violence against these subjects who share the psychoanalytic feminine in common.
