Tempo e intriga na constituição do mundo configurado

Abstract

Este trabalho investiga a constituição hermenêutica da narrativa a partir da obra ?Tempo e Narrativa?, de Paul Ricoeur, com ênfase na relação entre mímesis, tempo-ralidade e configuração narrativa. A pesquisa analisa as contribuições da ?Poética? para a compreensão da intriga como princípio organizador da ação e examina as aporias do tempo desenvolvidas por Santo Agostinho como fundamento da reflexão ricoeuriana acerca da experiência temporal. O estudo utiliza abordagem bibliográfica fundamentada na análise hermenêutica de textos filosóficos e críticos, articulando narrativa, linguagem e historicidade como formas de mediação da experiência hu-mana. A discussão demonstra que a narrativa não se reduz à representação do mundo empírico, mas constitui uma configuração de sentido capaz de reorganizar a experiência temporal e reinscrever o real em uma totalidade interpretativa. A pesqui-sa evidencia que a unidade narrativa emerge da articulação entre partes e conjunto, permitindo que os acontecimentos adquiram inteligibilidade no interior da intriga e que a experiência humana seja compreendida sob uma perspectiva configuradora. O trabalho também analisa a autonomia simbólica da obra e sua capacidade de instau-rar um horizonte interpretativo que amplia a relação do receptor com a linguagem, a imaginação e a historicidade. No quarto capítulo, a pesquisa aplica esse horizonte teórico à análise de obras audiovisuais, examinando de que modo a narrativa cine-matográfica mobiliza temporalidade, memória e configuração simbólica na constru-ção de experiências de sentido. Conclui-se que a narrativa constitui uma forma de pensamento e compreensão do mundo, exercendo função hermenêutica fundamen-tal ao reconfigurar a experiência humana por meio da linguagem e da imaginação narrativa.

Abstract: This work investigates the hermeneutic constitution of narrative based on Paul Ricoeur?s Time and Narrative, emphasizing the relationship between mimesis, temporality, and narrative configuration. The research analyzes the contributions of Aristotle?s Poetics to the understanding of emplotment as the organizing principle of action and examines the aporias of time developed by Saint Augustine as the foundation of Ricoeur?s reflection on temporal experience. The study employs a bibliographic approach grounded in the hermeneutic analysis of philosophical and critical texts, articulating narrative, language, and historicity as modes of mediating human experience. The discussion demonstrates that narrative is not reduced to a mere representation of the empirical world, but constitutes a configuration of meaning capable of reorganizing temporal experience and reinscribing reality within an interpretive totality. The research highlights that narrative unity emerges from the articulation between parts and the whole, allowing events to acquire intelligibility within the plot and enabling human experience to be understood through a configurative perspective. The work also analyzes the symbolic autonomy of the work and its capacity to establish an interpretive horizon that expands the recipient's relationship with language, imagination, and historicity. In the fourth chapter, the research applies this theoretical framework to the analysis of audiovisual works, examining how cinematic narrative mobilizes temporality, memory, and symbolic configuration in the construction of meaningful experiences. It concludes that narrative constitutes a form of thought and a way of understanding the world, exercising a fundamental hermeneutic function by reconfiguring human experience through language and narrative imagination.
