Nem ser, nem não-ser: o sujeito do inconsciente na psicanálise lacaniana entre a linguagem e o real

Abstract

A presente dissertação tem por objetivo pensar uma ontologia para a psicanálise lacaniana, a partir de seu entendimento do sujeito do inconsciente, sustentado como efeito do significante, engendrado pela linguagem, e marcado por um impossível real que o relega indelevelmente em sua falta em ser, causada por sua própria perda. Para percorrer tal percurso, começa-se por apresentar o inconsciente sob o viés de Freud para poder discerni-lo do proposto por Lacan. Em seguida, é feita uma apresentação da releitura lacaniana da obra freudiana alicerçada em seu conceito de significante, por meio do qual o sujeito se encontra hiante, na articulação entre significantes, não alcançando uma unidade com nenhum deles, e, portanto, remanescendo em falta. Discorre-se sobre tal processo nas operações lógicas da causação do sujeito, nomeadas de alienação e de separação, que têm por resultado o sujeito em sua falta, causado pela perda de um resto irredutível de seu advento no campo do Outro, na forma de objeto a. Desenvolve-se, então, a relação entre sujeito e objeto a, o qual demarca o sujeito irremediavelmente em falta e situado real. Em seguida, demonstra-se a categoria de real no ensino lacaniano como impossível lógico, avesso às categorias do conhecimento e do sentido. Esse impossível real delimita um aforismo lacaniano central em seu ensino: a inexistência da relação sexual. Tal aforismo teria relação com a impossibilidade de o sujeito advir enquanto Um, uma vez que a relação sexual se relaciona com a cópula lógica operada na linguagem, a qual se encontra interditada da produção de um sentido pleno, sob a operação do significante. Em seguida, recorre-se ao conceito de gozo no ensino lacaniano como aquilo que obstaculiza a relação sexual e remete à impossibilidade de ser do sujeito, o qual somente se encontra em falta. O sujeito, portanto, não pode ser dito nem ser nem não-ser, mas algo de um não-realizado. Uma categoria concebida como pré-ontológica, pela qual a ética surge como o devido estatuto do sujeito, por ser por meio dela que se pode estar à altura da escuta do sujeito, sem procedimentos de produção de sentido em relação ao que seria de seu suposto ser. A ética, desse modo, advém como orientação ao real, como dispositivo analítico para manter o sujeito propriamente em sua falta em ser. Frente a isso, a proposta lacaniana é de uma antifilosofia fundada na inexistência da relação sexual que redunda em uma posição antiontológica, a qual implica em que a ontologia se encontre situada na dimensão de um porvir nunca vindo, o qual nunca se estabelece nem positivamente nem negativamente, mas remanesce em sua não realização sustentada pela ética psicanalítica.

Abstract: This dissertation aims to think an ontology for Lacanian psychoanalysis, based on its understanding of the subject of the unconscious, sustained as an effect of the signifier, engendered by language, and marked by an impossible real that irremediably relegates it to its lack-of-being, caused by its own loss. To undertake this path, it begins by presenting the unconscious from Freud's perspective in order to distinguish it from that proposed by Lacan. Next, a presentation is made of the Lacanian rereading of the Freudian work, grounded in its concept of the signifier, through which the subject is found in hiatus, in the articulation between signifiers, never achieving unity with any of them, and therefore, remaining in lack. This process is discussed through the logical operations of the causation of the subject, named alienation and separation, which result in the subject in its lack, caused by the loss of an irreducible remainder of its advent in the field of the Other, in the form of object a. The relationship between the subject and object a is then developed, which marks the subject as irremediably in lack and situated in the real. Subsequently, the category of the real in Lacanian teaching is demonstrated as a logical impossible, averse to the categories of knowledge and meaning. This impossible real defines a central Lacanian aphorism in his teaching: the non-existence of the sexual relationship. Such an aphorism is related to the impossibility of the subject coming into being as One, since the sexual relationship relates to the logical copula operated in language, which is interdicted from producing a full meaning under the operation of the signifier. Next, the concept of jouissance in Lacanian teaching is resorted to as that which obstructs the sexual relationship and refers to the impossibility of the subject's being, which is only ever found in lack. The subject, therefore, can be said to be neither being nor non-being, but something of an un-realized. A category conceived as pre-ontological, through which ethics emerges as the proper status of the subject, as it is through ethics that one can be up to the task of listening to the subject, without procedures of meaning production regarding what would be its supposed being. Ethics, in this way, emerges as an orientation towards the real, as an analytical device to properly maintain the subject in its lack-of-being. In light of this, the Lacanian proposal is one of an anti-philosophy founded on the non-existence of the sexual relationship, which results in an anti-ontological position. This implies that ontology is situated in the dimension of a future-to-come that never arrives, which is never established either positively or negatively, but remains in its non-realization, sustained by psychoanalytic ethics.
