A Associação de Vítimas e Familiares de Vítimas da Covid 19 - AVICO: uma análise sobre a morte e o luto em Manaus/AM

Abstract

A pesquisa investiga a Associação de Vítimas e Familiares de Vítimas da Covid-19 3 AVICO, no processo de construção do luto, enquanto experiência compartilhada em um grupo de suporte no contexto da pandemia da Covid-19 no Brasil. Como objetivos específicos procuramos: descrever e analisar as informações contidas no site oficial da AVICO e seu processo histórico formativo; investigar as percepções dos membros da AVICO sobre as diferentes fases da pandemia de Covid-19 em Manaus/Amazonas e as suas repercussões; e analisar a percepção relativa aos processos de morte e de luto vivenciados durante a pandemia de Covid-19 e de que maneira influenciaram na vivência do luto. O coletivo social surgiu em defesa da luta, justiça e memória das vítimas e garantia igualitária dos Direitos Humanos e constitucionais dos sobreviventes da Covid-19, sendo formado através de voluntários que oferecem apoio e serviços gratuitos acerca de questões: jurídico, apoio psicossocial, mobilização e controle social. Compreender a luta por justiça e garantia aos direitos humanos em decorrência da pandemia de Covid-19 irá contribuir e promover através da ampliação de reconhecimento político e social as demandas propostas pelos seus membros associados. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa de natureza exploratória e compreensiva, que utilizou a técnica de grupo focal com 04 mulheres, associadas da AVICO, no Diretório de Manaus. O material coletado foi analisado com a abordagem de Análise de Narrativa ancorada em Walter Benjamin (2012). Compreende-se que a AVICO como um grupo que transforma o luto público enquanto ato político, e atua enquanto grupo de apoio social para a experiência do luto através da rede criada e fortalecida no associativismo, ao mesmo tempo em que luta para o não esquecimento dos familiares mortos pela Covid-19, enriquecendo a memória e suas dimensões de luta por justiça e garantia de direitos.

Abstract: The research investigates the Association of Victims and Families of Victims of Covid-19 3 AVICO, in the process of constructing grief, as an experience shared in a support group in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic in Brazil. As specific objectives we seek to: describe and analyze the information contained on AVICO's official website and its historical formative process; investigate the perceptions of AVICO members about the different phases of the Covid-19 pandemic in Manaus/Amazonas and its repercussions; and analyze the perception regarding the death and mourning processes experienced during the Covid-19 pandemic and how they influenced the experience of mourning. The social collective emerged in defense of the struggle, justice and memory of the victims and the equal guarantee of Human and constitutional Rights of Covid-19 survivors, being formed through volunteers who offer free support and services on issues: legal, psychosocial support, mobilization and social control. Understanding the fight for justice and guaranteeing human rights as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic will contribute and promote, through increased political and social recognition, the demands proposed by its associated members. This is a qualitative research of an exploratory and comprehensive nature, which used the focus group technique with 04 women, AVICO members, in the Manaus Directory. The collected material was analyzed using the Narrative Analysis approach anchored in Walter Benjamin (2012). It is understood that AVICO as a group that transforms public mourning as a political act, and acts as a social support group for the experience of mourning through the network created and strengthened in associations, at the same time that it fights for the non-forgetting of family members killed by Covid-19, enriching the memory and its dimensions of the fight for justice and guarantee of rights.
