Revisão Sistemática sobre o uso da Inteligência Artificial na Logística utilizando o Methodi Ordinatio

Abstract

Este estudo busca investigar a coexistência e o grau de sinergia entre as abordagens de inteligência artificial e logística, consolidando uma base teórica e identificando novas oportunidades de aplicação. Nos últimos anos, a aplicação de técnicas de inteligência artificial (IA) tem transformado a logística, com avanços em otimização de operações, gestão de estoques e previsão de demanda. A crescente complexidade dos processos logísticos, impulsionada pela demanda por eficiência, exige soluções que respondam e antecipem mudanças, papel no qual a IA se destaca. Apesar dos avanços, há uma lacuna no entendimento da integração da IA na logística, tanto em termos de aplicabilidade quanto de eficácia. A metodologia empregada é de revisão sistemática da literatura combinada com uma análise bibliométrica, empregando o Methodi Ordinatio. Esta metodologia utiliza a estratégia de busca e coleta de trabalhos sobre um tema específico, avaliando sua relevância científica por meio da equação InOrdinatio, que considera três fatores principais: número de citações, ano de publicação e fator de impacto. As lacunas na pesquisa apontam para a necessidade de mais estudos focados na intersecção entre IA e logística, os estudos revisados, embora evidenciem avanços, também mostram que nem todos se concentram diretamente na intersecção entre IA e logística, destacando a importância estratégica dessas tecnologias para o sucesso sustentável das empresas no setor.

This study seeks to investigate the coexistence and degree of synergy between artificial intelligence and logistics approaches, consolidating a theoretical basis and identifying new application opportunities. In recent years, the application of artificial intelligence (AI) techniques has transformed logistics, with advances in operations optimization, inventory management and demand forecasting. The increasing complexity of logistics processes, driven by the demand for efficiency, requires solutions that respond and anticipate changes, a role in which AI stands out. Despite advances, there is a gap in understanding the integration of AI in logistics, both in terms of applicability and effectiveness. The methodology used is a systematic literature review combined with a bibliometric analysis, using the Methodi Ordinatio. This methodology uses the strategy of searching and collecting works on a specific topic, evaluating their scientific relevance through the InOrdinatio equation, which considers three main factors: number of citations, year of publication and impact factor. Gaps in the research point to the need for more studies focused on the intersection between AI and logistics, the studies reviewed, although they highlight advances, also show that not all focus directly on the intersection between AI and logistics, highlighting the strategic importance of these technologies for the sustainable success of companies in the sector.
