HABITAÇÃO DE INTERESSE SOCIAL: QUALIDADE, TECNOLOGIA E SUSTENTABILIDADE

Abstract

Esse trabalho tem como principal objetivo suscitar reflexões mais críticas, discussões e questionamentos sobre o atual sistema de implementação e produção de HIS que, se por um lado preocupa-se mais em resolver o problema do déficit habitacional, colocando o capital à frente de tudo, pelo outro desconsidera totalmente questões importantíssimas como: a cultura, as reais necessidades dos moradores e o crescimento ordenado das cidades que deveriam oferecer condições básicas para os cidadãos terem melhor qualidade de vida. Assim, organizou-se uma revisão bibliográfica cujo produto será um referencial teórico e posteriormente será desenvolvida uma pesquisa de campo que resultará em um referencial prático dessa maneira a análise e a combinação desses dois referenciais definirão os resultados pretendidos que consistem em evidenciar que a implementação de HIS da atualidade condiciona uma produção de baixíssima qualidade.

This work has as main objective to raise more critical reflections, discussions and questions about the current system of implementation and production of social housing, which, if on the one hand, is more concerned with solving the housing deficit problem, putting capital ahead of everything, on the other, it ignores totally important issues such as: the culture, the real needs of the residentes and the orderly growth of cities that should provide basic conditions for citizens to have a better quality of life. Thus, a bibliographic review was organized whose product will be a theoretical reference; and later will be developed a field research that will result in a practical reference in this way the analysis and the combination of these two references will define the intended results that consist in evidencing that the implementation of social housing of the present condition a production of very low quality.
