PRODUÇÃO DE MORANGO E OS IMPACTOS SOCIOAMBIENTAIS: REVISÃO BIBLIOMÉTRICA

Abstract

Este estudo investiga a produção científica sobre a produção de morango e as condições socioambientais, utilizando as bases de dados Scopus e Web of Science no período de 2004 a 2019. Pesquisa de caráter quantitativo e descritiva em relação aos objetivos. Foram utilizadas técnicas de análise bibliométrica no tratamento dos dados. Os resultados apontaram ausência de crescimento regular em relação ao volume de publicações durante os anos, 2004 a 2015 e 2015 a 2018. O ano de 2004 foi o ano com menor número de publicações e 2015 com maior, com 80% de artigos, respectivamente. O periódico com maior volume de publicações é o Journal of Cleaner Production, com total de 24% dos artigos. Observou-se que as áreas que versam as áreas de Gestão Agrícola de Água; Produção Mais Limpa; Agronomia; Horticultura, Gestão Agrícola de Água; Controle biológico; Irrigação; Gestão Ambiental; Manejo de Pragas; Morango; Biologia e Bioquímica. No que concerne aos autores, o arranjo mais comum foi de dois autores por artigo. A partir deste estudo, verificou-se que a atual demanda mundial por alimentos certificados e isentos de resíduos de pesticidas tem pressionado o modelo convencional agrícola a constantes reavaliações de seus métodos de produção. Modelos de produção baseados em altos gastos energéticos com pesticidas e fertilizantes estão sendo revistos quanto à sua sustentabilidade ao longo do tempo e a suas consequências ao homem, como também aos impactos ambientais.

This study investigates the scientific production on strawberry production and socioenvironmental conditions using the Scopus and Web of Science databases from 2004 to 2019. Quantitative and descriptive research in relation to the objectives. Bibliometric analysis techniques were used in the data treatment. The results showed a lack of regular growth in relation to the volume of publications during the years, from 2004 to 2015 and from 2015 to 2018. The year 2004 was the year with the lowest number of publications and the highest year 2015 with 80% of articles, respectively. The journal with the highest volume of publications is the Journal of Cleaner Production, with a total of 24% of articles. It was observed that the areas that deal with the areas of Agricultural Water Management; Cleaner Production; Agronomy; Horticulture, Agricultural Water Management; Biological control; Irrigation; Environmental management; Pest Management; Strawberry; Biology and Biochemistry. As for the authors, the most common arrangement was two authors per article. From this study, it was verified that the current world demand for food certified and exempt of residues of pesticides has pressed the conventional agricultural model to constant reevaluations of its methods of production. Production models based on high energy costs with pesticides and fertilizers are being reviewed for their sustainability over time and their consequences for humans as well as for environmental impacts.
