AVALIAÇÃO DE ASPECTOS E IMPACTOS AMBIENTAIS EM UMA EMPRESA DO SEGMENTO DE RAÇÃO PARA NUTRIÇÃO ANIMAL

Abstract

Toda a atividade humana gera impactos ao ambiente, por isso é importante que as organizações considerem a implementação de um Sistema de Gestão Ambiental (SGA). O objetivo geral deste estudo consiste em fazer o levantamento e avaliação dos aspectos e impactos ambientais em uma empresa do segmento de ração para nutrição animal, que será ponto inicial para uma futura implantação de um SGA, em conformidade com a NBR ISO 14001:2015. A metodologia utilizada foi de abordagem qualitativa, natureza aplicada, exploratória e de observação assistemática. Com os resultados desta pesquisa, por meio da avaliação dos aspectos e impactos ambientais observados, foi possível indicarmos alguns procedimentos para a mitigação dos aspectos e impactos apontados neste estudo. A identificação dos aspectos e impactos ambientais serviu para dar início ao primeiro passo para a implantação do SGA.

All human activity generates impacts to the environment, so it is important that organizations consider the implementation of an Environmental Management System (EMS). The overall objective of the study is to survey and evaluate the environmental aspects and impacts of an animal food business, which will be the starting point for a future implementation of an EMS, in accordance to NBR ISO 14001:2015. The methodology used was qualitative, applied nature, exploratory and unsystematic observation. With the results of this research, through the evaluation of the observed environmental aspects and impacts, it was possible to indicate some procedures to mitigate the aspects and impacts pointed out in this study. The identification of the environmental aspects and impacts were used to start the first step towards the implementation of an EMS.
