Tendências vinculadas com a Construção 4.0 sob a perspectiva de relatórios de mercado

Abstract

A construção civil é um dos setores que mais contribuem com a economia mundial. Contudo, apesar de seu grande impacto, o setor ainda apresenta dificuldades para aumentar seus benefícios. Recentemente, a Indústria 4.0, considerada a principal tendência da atualidade, oferece soluções através de inovações, proporcionando economia, agilidade e vantagem competitiva. Quando aplicada à construção denomina-se Construção 4.0. Apesar desses benefícios, pouco se sabe quais são as tendências decorrentes da quarta revolução industrial para os próximos anos. Nesse sentido, este trabalho objetiva identificar as tendências vinculadas com a Construção 4.0 a partir de relatórios de mercado. Para tanto, uma pesquisa foi conduzida, identificando potenciais artefatos nestes relatórios de mercado que indicassem tendências e estes classificados em categorias. Os resultados sintetizam-se em quadros e esquemas, os quais indicam as tendências em categorias: mudanças, impactos/benefícios e barreiras/fatores chaves de sucesso decorrentes das mudanças e os meios para que as mudanças sejam alcançadas. Especificamente, as principais contribuições do trabalho são o preenchimento da lacuna referente a falta de conhecimento das tendências que irão moldar o futuro da construção civil, visto seu cenário atual, e também, a compreensão das novas oportunidades de crescimento no mercado de trabalho do setor. Construction industry is one of the sectors that most contribute to the world economy. However, despite its great impact, this sector still struggles to increase its benefits. Recently, Industry 4.0, considered the main current trend, offers solutions through innovations, providing savings, agility and competitive advantage. When applied to construction, it is called Construction 4.0. Despite these benefits, little is known about the trends resulting from the fourth industrial revolution for the coming years. In this sense, this work aims to identify trends linked to Construction 4.0 based on market reports. For that, research was conducted, identifying potential artifacts in these market reports that indicate trends and these classified into categories. The results are summarized in charts and diagrams, which indicate the trends in categories: changes, impacts/benefits and barriers/key success factors resulting from the changes and the means for the changes to be achieved. Specifically, the main contributions of the work are filling the gap regarding the lack of knowledge of the trends that will shape the future of construction industry, given its current scenario, and also, the understanding of new opportunities for growth in the sector's job market.
