Uniforme de bombeiro: panorama atual e tendências

Abstract

Os têxteis técnicos utilizados para proteção pessoal possuem como principal função proteger o utilizador de acidentes e lesões, atuando como uma barreira contra diversos fatores como ações mecânicas, agentes biológicos e químicos, calor ou frio extremo. Apresentam aplicações em diversos segmentos, como por exemplo, na área médica, aeroespacial e na área militar. Neste sentido, o presente trabalho de conclusão de curso possui como objetivo apresentar o panorama atual e as principais tendências de pesquisa para os uniformes de bombeiros utilizados em situações de incêndio. Para tanto, foi realizada uma pesquisa bibliográfica em que se utilizou a base de dados Scopus para levantamento bibliográfico de artigos sobre a temática no período de 2010 a 2022. Em complementação foi realizada uma análise bibliométrica com o uso do software VOSviewer© para análise dos principais autores, países, instituições, periódicos e palavras-chave acerca da temática. Como resultado obteve-se como identificação de que o tema é mais publicado nos Estados Unidos e que as principais palavras-chave identificadas nos artigos são protective clothing, fire extinguishers e textiles. Como conclusão deste estudo identificou-se que entre o período de 2010-2016 as pesquisas apresentam como principais tendências o estudo da introdução de ar ao uniforme multicamadas para aumento do isolamento térmico, e o uso de têxteis eletrônicos. Entre o período de 2017-2022, o uso de materiais de mudança de fase, e também, a introdução da simulação e modelos matemáticos para prever a transferência de calor nas camadas do uniforme de bombeiro.

Technical textiles used for personal protection have the main function of protecting the user from accidents and injuries, acting as a barrier against various factors such as mechanical actions, biological and chemical agents, extreme heat or cold. They have applications in several segments, such as in the medical, aerospace and military areas. In this sense, this work aims to present the current scenario and the main research trends for firefighters' uniforms used in fire situations. Therefore, a bibliographic research was carried out using the Scopus database for a bibliographic survey of articles on the subject in the period from 2010 to 2022. In addition, a bibliometric analysis was carried out using the VOSviewer© software to analyze the main authors, countries, institutions, journals and keywords on the subject. As a result, it was identified that the theme is more published in the United States and that the main keywords identified in the articles are protective clothing, fire extinguishers and textiles. As a conclusion of this study, it was identified that between the period from 2010 to 2016 the research presents the main trends in the study of the introduction of air to the multilayer uniform to increase thermal insulation and the use of electronic textiles. Between the period from 2017 to 2022, the use of phase change materials, and also, the introduction of simulation and mathematical models to predict the heat transfer in the layers of the firefighter uniform.
