A Permacultura e os Quintais Produtivos das Mulheres Camponesas em Santa Catarina

Abstract

O presente trabalho se propõe a analisar as possíveis contribuições da Permacultura aos quintais produtivos das Mulheres Camponesas, organizadas dentro do Movimento de Mulheres Camponesas em Santa Catarina (MMC/SC). Para atingir este objetivo foram realizadas leituras e pesquisas em materiais sobre as mulheres camponesas e a Permacultura, com o intuito de sistematizar as questões teóricas voltadas ao tema. Realizou-se também, pesquisas de campo através de um formulário eletrônico, a fim de obter os dados e as percepções das mulheres em relação aos seus quintais e a Permacultura. Busca-se então, trazer ao leitor(a) uma breve apresentação sobre o surgimento da Permacultura e do Movimento de Mulheres Camponesas e como resultados, apresentamos as contribuições da Permacultura, em especial, do design permacultural, aos quintais das mulheres.

This present work purposes to analyze the possible contributions of Permaculture to productive backyards from peasant women, organized within the Peasant Women’s Movement in Santa Catarina (MMC/SC). To achieve this goal were realized readings and researches in materials about the peasant women and the Permaculture, with the aim of systematizing the theoretical questions focused on the theme. A field research was also carried out through an electronic form, in order to obtain women’s data and perceptions regarding the backyards and Permaculture. The aim is to bring the reader a brief presentation about the emergence of Permaculture and the Peasant Women’s Movement and as a result, we present the contributions of Permaculture, in particular, of permaculture design, to women’s backyards.
