O ser-estudante-de-enfermagem e o trabalho de conclusão de curso: o que é possível ver pela janela que se faz aberta

Abstract

Foi realizada uma pesquisa fenomenológica hermenêutica baseada no referencial teórico-metodológico-filosófico de Martin Heidegger que teve por objetivo compreender e interpretar o significado do ente trabalho de conclusão de curso para o ser-estudante-de-enfermagem de uma escola de graduação em enfermagem. Após aprovação no Comitê de Ética e autorização dos estudantes para gravação de imagem e som, a coleta de dados ocorreu entre os meses de abril e maio de 2020. Em virtude do isolamento social necessário nos cuidados na pandemia por SARS-CoV-2, as entrevistas fenomenológicas foram realizadas por meio de plataforma virtual. Foram entrevistados quatorze estudantes de enfermagem que estavam realizando o trabalho de conclusão de curso, cada ser-estudante-de-enfermagem escolheu o nome e a figura de uma janela, que passou a ser seu codinome na pesquisa, sendo as entrevistas transcritas e salvas no software Microsoft Word® e armazenadas em HD externo e nuvem. O percurso metodológico foi guiado pelo círculo do compreender, Círculo Hermenêutico, onde a pré-compreensão consistiu na autocompreensão, no entendimento daquilo que se vê, ainda velado, o conceitual, a compreensão ocorreu por ocasião da entrevista fenomenológica e a interpretação se deu a partir das entrevistas. Para dar corpo à interpretação foram realizados três manuscritos, sendo eles: 1) Experienciando o círculo hermenêutico e a fenomenologia na pesquisa em enfermagem; 2) O ente trabalho de conclusão de curso e a existência do ser-estudante-de-enfermagem: o que há na janela a ser olhada? 3) A experiência do ser-estudante-de-enfermagem com o ser-docente no mundo da formação: o que a janela demonstrou além do que se procurava ver. O ser-estudante-de-enfermagem ao realizar o ente trabalho de conclusão de curso o percebe enquanto utensílio e preparação para o ofício de enfermagem, em sendo ser-estudante o trabalho impregna e é impregnado visceralmente em seu ser, mostrando ser-no-mundo e ser com-os-outros. Emergiu dos dados, mesmo sem fazer parte da pré-compreensão, o ente professor que sendo ser-docente no mundo da formação pode ser um exemplo de acolhimento, orientação e inspiração para o ser-estudante-de-enfermagem como também pode ser cruel e injusto. Este achado demonstra a importância da pesquisa fenomenológica na enfermagem por ser um método que permite descobrir os velamentos e ir-as-coisas-mesmas.

Abstract: A hermeneutic phenomenological research was carried out based on Martin Heidegger's theoretical-methodological-philosophical framework, with the aim of understanding and interpreting the meaning of the being end-of-course paper for the Being-a-nursing-student in an undergraduate nursing school. After approval by the Ethics Committee and authorization from the students to record image and sound, data collection took place between April and May 2020. Due to the social isolation necessary in the care of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic, the phenomenological interviews were carried out through a virtual platform. Fourteen nursing students who were doing their end-of-course paper were interviewed. Each Nursing undergraduate chose the name and picture of one window, which became his/her codename in the research, and the interviews were transcribed in Microsoft Word® software and saved in an external hard drive and cloud. The methodological referential was guided by the Hermeneutic Circle, where the pre-understanding consisted in the self-understanding, in the understanding of what is seen, still veiled, the conceptual; the understanding occurred during the phenomenological interview; the interpretation occurred from the interviews. To embody the interpretation, three manuscripts were produced: 1) Experiencing the hermeneutic circle and phenomenology in nursing research; 2) The being end-of-course paper and the existence of the Being-a-nursing-student: what is in the window to be looked at? 3) The experience of the Being-a-nursing-student with the professor-being in the world of training: what the window showed beyond what one tried to see. The Being-a-nursing-student, when carrying out the end-of-course paper, perceives it as a tool and a preparation for the nursing craft and in being a being-student, the work impregnates and is viscerally impregnated in his/her being, showing being-in-the-world and being-with-the-others. Even without being part of the pre-understanding, the being a professor who, being a professor in the world of education, can be an example of reception, guidance and inspiration for the being-a-nursing-student, as well as being cruel and unfair. This finding demonstrates the importance of phenomenological research in nursing, as it is a method that allows discovering the veils and showing themselves.
