Violência contra a mulher em tempos de pandemia da COVID -19

Abstract

O presente Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (TCC) em por objetivo evidenciar o carácter da violência histórico-estrutural, as formas de violência cometidas; sexual, física, moral, psicológica e patrimonial, apresentando dados sobre a violência antes e durante a pandemia COVID-19 e algumas reflexões sobre a rede de atendimento à mulher. Para tanto, encontra-se alicerçado na perspectiva crítica de análise, tendo sido realizada uma revisão bibliográfica a partir de referências que tratam do tema. As discussões apresentadas no trabalho evidenciam que a violência contra mulher é uma herança histórica de uma sociedade machista que reproduz pensamentos e comportamentos enraizados desde a constituição do Brasil, naturalizando comportamentos violentos e ensinamentos misóginos. Agrava esse cenário o atual contexto de pandemia COVID-19 e atuação pífia do governo brasileiro que contribui para a não atuação sobre a questão da violência de forma geral e, consequentemente, na incidência particular da violência contra as mulheres.

This Course Conclusion Work (TCC) aims to highlight the character of historical-structural violence, the forms of violence committed; sexual, physical, moral, psychological and patrimonial, presenting data on violence before and during the COVID-19 pandemic and some reflections on the network of assistance to women. Therefore, it is based on the critical perspective of analysis, having been carried out a bibliographical review based on references that deal with the theme. The discussions presented in the work show that violence against women is a historical heritage of a sexist society that reproduces thoughts and behaviors rooted since the constitution of Brazil, naturalizing violent behavior and misogynistic teachings. This scenario is aggravated by the current context of the COVID-19 pandemic and the poor performance of the Brazilian government, which contributes to the non-action on the issue of violence in general and, consequently, on the particular incidence of violence against women.
