Competência do arquivista na atividade de inteligência do sistema penitenciário e socioeducativo

Abstract

O desenvolvimento no mundo contemporâneo que gera transformações sociais e inovações que impactam a organização e modalidade laboral resultam em um mercado de trabalho flexível e mutável que almeja serviços baseados em competência. Para suprir demandas de uma sociedade líquida movida por informações, indivíduos necessitam aprimorar seus perfis profissionais para que suas profissões se demonstrem capazes de sobreviver na esfera trabalhista atual e adentrar em novos cenários de atuação. Nesta pesquisa aplicada, descritiva, exploratória, qualitativa e bibliográfica se reflete a oportunidade de o Arquivista usufruir de sua competência para inserir-se em novos ambientes de trabalho que transcendem aos tradicionais da Arquivologia e Ciência da Informação. O objetivo geral é identificar a competência necessária do Arquivista para atuar na atividade de Inteligência do Sistema Penitenciário e Socioeducativo. Objetivos específicos envolvem: a) identificar as dimensões da competência do Arquivista à luz da Ciência da Informação; b) caracterizar a Inteligência e o Sistema Prisional em território nacional; c) evidenciar o Arquivista nas unidades prisionais e socioeducativas do Sistema Penitenciário e Socioeducativo catarinense que se situam na região metropolitana de Florianópolis/SC. Justifica-se pelo intuito de fomentar a compreensão do tema que refletirá na contribuição de material informativo à arquivística e ao âmbito penal, que explore a Arquivologia em novos ambientes de trabalho como rompimento de paradigmas e possibilite a viabilização de uma ponte entre áreas para a transdisciplinaridade e permuta de saberes e fazeres. Resulta que o Arquivista necessita de determinada competência para atuar na atividade de Inteligência Penitenciária e constata que o mesmo enquadra-se nos cargos de Oficial de Inteligência, Oficial Técnico de Inteligência, Agente de Inteligência, Agente Técnico de Inteligência e Colaborador de Inteligência.

Abstract: The development in the contemporary world that generates social transformations and innovations that impact an organization and work modality result in a flexible and changing labor market that aims for competence-based services. To meet the demands of a liquid society driven by information, competent to define their professionais profiles so that their professions are able to survive in the current labor sphere and enter new scenarios of action. This applied, descriptive, exploratory, qualitative and bibliographic research reflects the opportunity for the Archivist to take advantage of his competence to insert himself in new work environments that transcend the traditional ones of Archival and Information Science. The general objective is to identify the necessary competence of the Archivist to act in the Intelligence activity of the Penitentiary and Socio-Educational System. Specific objectives: a) to identify the dimensions of the Archivist's competence in the light of Information Science; b) characterize the Intelligence and the National Prison System; c) highlight the Archivist in the prisons and socio-educational units of the Santa Catarina Penitentiary and Socio- educational System located in the metropolitan region of Florianópolis/SC. It?s justified by the intention of fostering the understanding of the theme, which will reflect in the contribution of informative material to archival and criminal matters, which explores archiving in new work environments as a breaking of paradigms and enables the feasibility of a bridge between areas for transdisciplinarity and exchange of knowledge and actions. As a result, the Archivist needs competence to work in the Penitentiary Intelligence activity and it?s verified that this Professional fits in the positions of Intelligence Officer, Technical Intelligence Officer, Intelligence Agent, Technical Intelligence Agent and Intelligence Collaborator.
