"Todos juntos, todos nós": o narcisismo das pequenas diferenças e a dinâmica de identificações entre os membros do CEC-SC no contexto da pandemia da covid-19

Abstract

O objetivo desta pesquisa foi refletir acerca do narcisismo das pequenas diferenças na dinâmica de formação de identificações dos membros do CEC-SC, no contexto da pandemia da covid-19, à luz da psicanálise e da Teoria do Discurso Político (TDP). Com vistas a lograr o referido objetivo, empreendeu-se uma pesquisa de abordagem qualitativa em que se lançou mão de observação participante e não participante, bem como de entrevistas com onze agentes culturais e de dados secundários. O contexto discursivo, decorrente da coleta de dados, foi analisado segundo a Análise de Conteúdo Categorial de Bardin (2016). Enquanto categorias analíticas definidas a posteriori, recorreu-se, sobremaneira, aos conceitos de narcisismo das pequenas diferenças, identificação, significante vazio, ponto nodal e antagonismo. Os resultados da análise da dinâmica de identificações entre os membros do CEC-SC, evidenciaram particularidades em dois períodos distintos: o primeiro deles foi o momento do processo eletivo para representantes da sociedade civil, ocorrido no ano de 2019, que implicou uma mudança de configuração do CEC-SC; o segundo período é aquele que envolveu o enfrentamento da pandemia da Covid-19. No primeiro período em análise, percebeu-se a disputa pela fixação parcial de sentidos do significante vazio, e também ponto nodal, ?sociedade civil?. Diante da fixação nodal do significante ?sociedade civil? houve, entre os sujeitos identificados com este significante, o estabelecimento de uma relação equivalencial e a conformação de uma cadeia de equivalências. Isto impulsionou a demarcação da fronteira política ou corte antagônico, dicotomizando o espaço social. Aponta-se que a relação antagônica estabelecida entre nós e eles, conselheiros representantes da sociedade civil e do governo estadual, evidenciou, ainda, manifestações do narcisismo das pequenas diferenças. No segundo período, frente a uma conjuntura em que os membros do CEC-SC passaram a assumir uma série de demandas relacionadas à Lei de Emergência Cultural Aldir Blanc e a outras ações para mitigar o impacto da pandemia da covid-19 no setor cultural catarinense, a percepção da fronteira política entre o nós x eles, sociedade civil x governo, foi se tornando menos evidente, até se deslocar. Assim, a dicotomização do espaço social, entre nós e eles, deixou de ocorrer. Isto se deu, sobretudo, com a conformação de uma cadeia equivalência que requisitou a formação de um significante vazio, a identificação com este e que tal significante funcionasse como um ponto nodal. No período aqui descrito, o ponto nodal observado, e também significante vazio, alvo de identificações entre os membros do CEC-SC, foi a ?emergência cultural?. Essa reunião de sentidos em um ponto comum, emergência cultural, foi possibilitada pela identificação com esse significante e atuou na união de agentes culturais, e, mais especificamente, no grupamento em estudo. Compreende-se que isto ocorreu, com a diminuição do investimento libidinal no eu, ou no particular, em prol daquilo que era comum ou do que havia sido esvaziado de seu significado particular. Por sua vez, isto atuou na suspensão de diferenças entre eles, bem como do narcisismo das pequenas diferenças. Situação que auxiliou na formação de uma unidade ou relação equivalencial e possibilitou uma identificação coletiva. Por fim, aponta-se que a articulação teórica aqui desenvolvida, em caminho divergente ao mainstream dos Estudos Organizacionais, evidencia a relevância das dinâmicas de identificações nas ações dos sujeitos. Dinâmicas estas mobilizadas pela afetividade e que se fazem presentes nos fenômenos organizacionais.

Abstract: The purpose of this research was to reflect about the narcissism of small differences in the dynamics of formation of identifications of CEC-SC members, in the context of the covid-19 pandemic, in the light of psychoanalysis and the Theory of Political Discourse (TPD). In order to achieve this objective, a qualitative approach research was undertaken, in which participant and non-participant observation was used and also interviews with eleven cultural agents and secondary data. The discursive context, resulting from data collection, was analyzed according to Bardin's Categorical Content Analysis (2016). As analytical categories defined a posteriori, we resorted, above all, to the concepts of narcissism of small differences, identification, empty signifier, nodal point and antagonism. The results of the analysis of the dynamics of identifications among CEC-SC members showed particularities in two distinct periods: the first was the moment of the election process for civil society representatives, which took place in 2019, which implied a change in configuration of the CEC-SC; the second period is the one that involved confronting the Covid-19 pandemic. In the first period under analysis, the dispute for the partial fixation of meanings of the empty signifier was noticed, as well as the nodal point, ?civil society?. Faced with the nodal fixation of the signifier ?civil society?, there were, among the subjects identified with this signifier, the establishment of an equivalence relationship and the conformation of a chain of equivalences. This boosted the demarcation of the political frontier or antagonistic cut, dichotomizing the social space. It is pointed out that the antagonistic relationship established between us and them, councilors representing civil society and the state government, also evidenced manifestations of the narcissism of small differences. In the second period, in a context in which CEC-SC members began to assume a series of demands related to the ?Aldir Blanc Cultural Emergency Law? and other actions to mitigate the impact of the covid-19 pandemic on the cultural sector of Santa Catarina, the perception of the political boundary between us x them, civil society x government, became less evident, until it shifted. Thus, the dichotomy of the social space, between us and them, ceased to occur. This happened, above all, with the conformation of an equivalence chain that required the formation of an empty signifier, the identification with it and that such signifier function as a nodal point. In the period described here, the observed nodal point, and also an empty signifier, the target of identifications among the members of the CEC-SC, was the ?cultural emergency?. This gathering of meanings in a common point, cultural emergence, was made possible by the identification with this signifier and acted in the union of cultural agents, and, more specifically, in the group under study. It is understood that this occurred with the reduction of libidinal investment in the self, or in the particular, in favor of what was common or what had been emptied of its particular meaning. In turn, this acted to suspend differences between them, as well as the narcissism of small differences. Situation that helped in the formation of a unity or equivalence relationship and enabled a collective identification. Finally, it is pointed out that the theoretical articulation developed here, in a way divergent from the mainstream of Organizational Studies, shows a promotion of identification dynamics in the actions of the subjects. These dynamics are mobilized by affectivity and are present in organizational phenomena.
