Relatório de estágio curricular supervisionado na área de diagnóstico veterinário

Abstract

The veterinary medicine course is highly practice, and the mandatory curricular internship subject is essential for the student to complement his theoretical and practical experience acquired during graduation in an environment with the daily challenges of a veterinarian. Among the many fields of veterinary, the veterinary diagnostic was chosen, especially focused on animal pathology, microbiology, and molecular biology. The internship was splint between two places, in the animal pathology laboratory of the State University of Santa Catarina (UDESC) – Lages-SC and in the Institute of Research and Veterinary Diagnostic (VERTÀ) – Curitibanos- SC. This report has as an objective to describe the activities developed by the present academic during the supervised internship as well to present clinical cases followed on both places aiming to demonstrate the diagnostic methodology of each laboratory.
