Distribuição espacial dos imóveis rurais na mesorregião Serrana Catarinense

Abstract

O presente trabalho refere-se ao estudo do padrão da distribuição espacial dos imóveis rurais na mesorregião Serrana Catarinense. Foram realizadas analises por meio dos dados do Cadastro Ambiental Rural (CAR) através da geoestatística pelo método de interpolação por meio da krigagem ordinária, e pelo inverso do quadrado da distância (IDW). O objetivo do trabalho foi avaliar metodologias de interpolação para a espacialização da distribuição espacial dos imóveis rurais. Utilizando o software QGIS e SADA, foi possível transformar os polígonos em pontos para fornecer informações referente a média, valores máximos e mínimos, desvio padrão dentro outros parâmetros que auxiliam na identificação da qualidade amostral utilizada. Através das ferramentas disponibilizas pelo software SADA, foram gerados semivariogramas, que auxiliam na compreensão da autocorrelação espacial entre os pontos dos imóveis rurais que estão distribuídos, demostrando a escolha do modelo que gera melhores resultados para cada mesorregião estudada. A verificação da qualidade do modelo a ser adotado foi elaborada através das tabelas de análises estatísticas comparativas entre os valores medidos e previstos, bem como através dos gráficos de dispersão, construído com base nos valores previsto pelo semivariogama gerado. Perante a definição dos semivariogama e seu respectivo modelo adotado, foi possível realizar a interpolação dos dados através da krigagem ordinária, gerando superfícies amostrais que se distinguem a distribuição espacial dos imóveis rurais na área estudada. Com isso o trabalho permitiu observar os padrões da distribuição dos imóveis rurais na mesorregião Serrana Catarinense.

The present work refers to the study of the spatial distribution pattern of rural properties in the Serrana Catarinense mesoregion. Analyzes were performed using data from the Rural Environmental Registry (CAR) through geostatistics using the interpolation method using ordinary kriging, and the inverse of the distance square (IDW). The objective of the work was to evaluate interpolation methodologies for the spatialization of the spatial distribution of rural properties. Using the QGIS and SADA software, it was possible to transform the polygons into points to provide information regarding the mean, maximum and minimum values, standard deviation within other parameters that help in identifying the sample quality used. Through the tools made available by the SADA software, semivariograms were generated, which help in understanding the spatial autocorrelation between the points of the rural properties that are distributed, demonstrating the choice of the model that generates the best results for each studied mesoregion. The quality check of the model to be adopted was elaborated through the tables of comparative statistical analysis between the measured and predicted values, as well as through the dispersion graphs, constructed based on the values predicted by the generated half-range. Given the definition of semivariogama and its respective model adopted, it was possible to perform the interpolation of the data through ordinary kriging, generating sample surfaces that distinguish the spatial distribution of rural properties in the studied area. Thus, the work allowed observing the patterns of distribution of rural properties in the Serrana Catarinense mesoregion.
