Plano de Negócio: Viabilidade da abertura de um complexo esportivo com foco em modalidades de areia em Florianópolis/SC

Abstract

Empreender é muito mais do que apenas criar um novo negócio com a finalidade de transformar um sonho ou uma ideia em realidade, é também uma forma de suprir necessidades e oportunidades latentes de determinado mercado e local. A melhor maneira de avaliar a viabilidade de um negócio e se aprofundar por completo no mercado em que se deseja inserir, com o intuito de entender a real demanda e mensurar seus resultados, é através de um Plano de Negócios. Dessa forma, o presente trabalho consiste em Plano de Negócios no qual foi realizado um estudo da viabilidade da implementação de um Complexo Esportivo com foco em modalidades de areia no município de Florianópolis/SC, o Sunset Spots. O Negócio visa trazer para a população a ideia da aproximação da praia para o bairro da Trindade, localizado na região central da capital catarinense. A empresa tem como missão fomentar o crescimento dos esportes de areia, oferecendo um serviço de alta qualidade aos clientes, prezando pela saúde e bem-estar dos nossos clientes. A sustentação do plano se deu através de uma Fundamentação Teórica e desenvolvimento da Metodologia para em seguida dar início ao mesmo, o qual foi segmentado entre sumário executivo, análise de mercado, plano de marketing, plano operacional e plano financeiro. O negócio tem como propósito, ser uma ferramenta de apoio de tomada de decisão para gestores no que diz respeito aos investimentos necessários para suas organizações. Através do trabalho, foi possível atingir o objetivo geral e os objetivos específicos previamente determinados pelos autores, os quais eram: Conceituar sob o aspecto jurídico e tributário uma empresa de aluguel de quadras de areia; Analisar o mercado de complexos esportivos com foco em modalidades de areia em Florianópolis/SC, sob o aspecto dos clientes e dos concorrentes; Traçar estratégias para o ingresso da empresa no mercado; Estruturar o plano operacional do negócio e Analisar a viabilidade econômico-financeira da implantação da empresa na cidade de Florianópolis/SC. Após todas as análises realizadas, evidencia-se que apesar existir um grande número de concorrentes na cidade, existe uma viabilidade mercadológica para a abertura do negócio, visto que a demanda por quadras e horários disponíveis tem crescido exponencialmente na cidade, junto com o interesse social cada vez maior em esportes de areia. Por fim, encerra-se esse trabalho com uma conclusão, alinhando análises de mercado com as análises financeiras, que apesar de o investimento inicial ser alto para a construção do Sunset Sports, o negócio possui um ótimo retorno em médio prazo, tornando sua implementação viável financeiramente.

Entrepreneurship is much more than just creating a new business with the purpose of turning a dream or an idea into reality, it is also a way to supply latent needs and opportunities in a given market and place. The best way to assess the viability of a business and go deeply into the market that you want to insert, in order to understand the real demand and measure its results, is through a Business Plan. The present work consists of a Business Plan which a study was carried out of the feasibility of implementing a Sports Complex with a focus on sand modalities in the city of Florianópolis/SC, Sunset Sports. The Business purpose is to bring to the population the idea of approaching the beach to the neighborhood of Trindade, located in the central region of the capital of Santa Catarina. The company's mission is to foster the growth of sand sports, offering a high quality service to customers, giving priority to the health and well-being of our customers. The plan was supported by a Theoretical Foundation and the development of the Methodology to then start it, which was divided into an executive summary, market analysis, marketing plan, operational plan and financial plan. The purpose of the business is to be a decision-making support tool for managers regarding the investments required for their organizations. Through the work, it was possible to achieve the general objective and the specific objectives previously determined by the authors, which were: To conceptualize, under the legal and tax aspect, a sand block rental company; Analyze the sports complex market with a focus on sand sports in Florianópolis/SC, from the perspective of customers and competitors; Draw strategies for the company's entry into the market; Structuring the business operational plan and Analyzing the economic and financial viability of the company's implementation in the city of Florianópolis/SC. After all the analysis carried out, it is evident that although there is a large number of competitors in the city, there is a market viability for opening the business, since the demand for courts and available times has grown exponentially in the city, along with social interest increasing in sand sports. This work ends with a conclusion, aligning market analysis with financial analysis, that although the initial investment is high for the construction of Sunset Sports, the business has a great return in the medium term, making the implementation viable financially.
