Relatório de estágio curricular supervisionado na área de clínica e cirurgia de grandes animais

Abstract

O estágio curricular em medicina veterinária promove ao graduando a realização das atividades profissionalizantes elucidando desta forma, todo o conteúdo teórico-prático vivenciado durante a graduação, além de fornecer novas percepções sobre as patologias e seus respectivos tratamentos. No presente relatório serão descritas as atividades realizadas no Hospital de Clínicas Veterinárias (HCV) da Universidade Federal de Pelotas (UFPel), assim como a sua infraestrutura e sua casuística relacionada à clínica médica e cirurgia de equinos, como também em uma segunda etapa realizada à campo com o médico veterinário Nelson Nogueira Filho na área de clínica e cirurgia de grandes animais.

The curricular internship in veterinary medicine promotes the student to carry out activities in the practical routine, elucidating all the theoretical-practical content experienced during graduation, in addition to providing new views on pathologies and their respective treatments. This report will describe the activities carried out at the Hospital de Clínicas Veterinárias (HCV) of the Federal University of Pelotas (UFPel), caracterized to infrastructure and casuistry of the medical clinic and surgery of horses, and the second moment carried out in the field with veterinarian Nelson Nogueira Filho in the field of clinic and surgery of large animals in the field.
