Por outras possibilidades de organizar: a estética rancieriana como alternativa para estudos em organizações culturais

Abstract

O objetivo dessa pesquisa foi analisar, sob a perspectiva da política da estética no sentido rancieriano, a dinâmica da organização do coletivo Geodésica Cultural Itinerante. Para tanto, foi realizado um estudo de caso qualitativo junto ao grupo para refletir, a partir das circunstâncias históricas e políticas que contribuíram para a emergência do coletivo e da dinâmica de organização do trabalho artístico que desenvolvem, sobre conceitos como a subjetivação política, o dissenso e as formas de partilha do sensível nessa organização, conforme destacado por Rancière (2006, 2009, 2012). A pesquisa compreendeu práticas de coleta de dados como entrevistas semi-estruturadas, observação direta ? registrada em cadernos de campo ? e análise de dados secundários como artigos, reportagens, documentos do coletivo, fotos, vídeos, etc, no intuito de identificar, por meio da dimensão estética, formas de comunicação, disposição dos corpos, conflitos, decisões, percepção sobre si mesmo e sobre os outros, aparições e distanciamentos, dentre outros elementos. Os dados coletados foram analisados considerando o pensamento rancieriano sobre estética, referencial teórico do estudo. A análise evidenciou que existe um importante aspecto político no fazer artístico do coletivo, estando este aspecto intimamente relacionado à sua própria formação, a qual remete a um ideal de expansão da ideia de arte e das formas de ser e estar no mundo em conjunto com o outro. As dinâmicas internas e externas do grupo baseiam-se nos referentes criados por eles: abertura, afetação, colaboração, dissenso, convívio, desaceleramento, intuição, desejo, itinerância, improviso, maleabilidade, igualdade, simultaneidade, descontinuidade. Esses referentes possibilitam a modelagem de novos possíveis nas brechas do cotidiano, ao modo das heterotopias foucaultianas. Contudo, essa forma de fazer encontra desafios nas relações com outras organizações ? que possuem um modo de fazer mais rígido e padronizado ? e também relativamente à sua própria manutenção e à subsistência dos membros. As soluções aventadas se aproximam de ideias tradicionais, o que pode significar que as respostas que o coletivo tem para o campo das artes, pode ainda não estar escrita no campo da gestão e da organização. O que se pode pensar, a partir disso, é que mais do que a forma de organização desse grupo em específico, a novidade que o caso traz esteja relacionada a uma nova forma de organizar o mundo a partir das relações que se estabelecem entre estética e política.<br>

Abstract : The objective of this research was to analyze, from the perspective of the politics of aesthetics in the Rancierian sense, the dynamics of the organization of the collective Geodésica Cultural Itinerante. For that, a qualitative case study was carried out with the group to reflect, from the historical and political circumstances that contributed to the emergence of the collective and the dynamics of the organization of the artistic work they develop, on concepts such as political subjectification, dissent and the forms of sharing of the sensitive in this organization, as emphasized by Rancière (2006, 2009, 2012). The research comprised data collection practices such as semi-structured interviews, direct observation - recorded in field notebooks - and analysis of secondary data such as articles, reports, collective documents, photos, videos, etc., in order to identify, through of the aesthetic dimension, forms of communication, disposition of bodies, conflicts, decisions, perception about oneself and others, appearances and distances, among other elements. The collected data were analyzed considering Rancierian thinking about aesthetics, theoretical reference of the study. The analysis showed that there is an important political aspect in the artistic production of the collective, this being closely related to its own formation, which refers to an ideal of expansion of the idea of art and the ways of being and being in the world together with the other. The internal and external dynamics of the group are based on the referents created by them: openness, affectation, collaboration, dissent, conviviality, deceleration, intuition, desire, roaming, improvisation, malleability, equality, simultaneity, discontinuity. These references make possible the modeling of possible new ones in the gaps of daily life, in the manner of Foucaultian heterotopias. However, this way of doing so encounters challenges in relationships with other organizations - which have a more rigid and standardized way of doing things - as well as their own maintenance and subsistence. The proposed solutions approach traditional ideas, which may mean that the responses that the collective has to the field of the arts, may not yet be written in the field of management and organization. What can be thought, from this, is that more than the form of organization of this group in specific, the novelty that the case brings is related to a new way to organize the world from the relations that are established between aesthetics and politics.
