Buscando transformar a cultura do trote universitário: a construção de um vídeo educativo.

Abstract

Introdução: O trote universitário é um fenômeno que surgiu há alguns séculos e continua sendo uma questão recorrente na vida de universitárias mundo à fora. Este trabalho surgiu da preocupação com as influências do trote na dimensão ética da educação profissional em saúde, bem como da intenção de intervir nesse processo. Objetivo: Construir um material audiovisual capaz de sensibilizar e promover a conscientização sobre os problemas derivados da cultura do trote, fomentando reflexões sobre a necessidade de engajamento na transformação desta prática social. Método: A partir da revisão de literatura sobre o objeto de estudo, foram identificados os principais aspectos sobre o fenômeno em relação à formação profissional em saúde. Tais questões foram desenvolvidas na forma de um texto-roteiro para a elaboração do vídeo. Sua primeira versão foi produzida por um designer gráfico, que fundiu imagens em movimento à gravação do texto em áudio. Finalizada a primeira versão, o vídeo foi submetido a sucessivas avaliações individuais por um grupo de quatro estudantes e duas professoras, através das quais o mesmo foi aperfeiçoado em termos de conteúdo, e layout/forma de apresentação, até chegar a sua versão final. Resultado: O presente trabalho tem como resultado o vídeo produzido com duração de 5 minutos e 50 segundos, e aborda a definição, a origem e as motivações do fenômeno, bem como a relação do trote universitário com questões éticas da formação de profissionais de saúde. O video questiona o conceito de “trote solidário” e por fim, destaca a necessária transformação da cultura de violência acadêmica e social, visando a promoção da dignidade humana. As contribuições das estudantes e professoras que avaliaram o vídeo permitiram aprimora-lo especialmente em termos de compreensibilidade. Com o seu compartilhamento em diferentes setores institucionais da UFSC e nas redes sociais, espera-se contribuir com os objetivos a que este trabalho se propôs. Conclusão: A produção deste TCC no formato de um vídeo educativo buscou compartilhar os resultados de pesquisas científicas anteriormente produzidas sobre o trote universitário, a fim de contribuir efetivamente na transformação deste por meio de sua sensibilização e reflexão. Além disso, buscou reiterar a importância da ética e da humanização nas práticas em saúde e nos processos educacionais das futuras profissionais da área, fomentando a transformação da cultura do trote universitário.

Introduction: University hazing is a phenomenon that emerged a few centuries ago and remains a recurring issue in the lives of university students worldwide. This work arose from the concern with the influences of hazing on the ethical dimension of professional health education, as well as from the intention to intervene in this process. Objective: Build audiovisual material capable of raising awareness and promoting awareness of the problems arising from the culture of hazing, fostering reflections on the need to engage in the transformation of this social practice. Method: From the literature review on the object of study, the main aspects about the phenomenon in relation to professional training in health were used. These questions were created in the form of a text script for creating video. It’s first version was selected by a graphic designer, who founded moving images in audio text recording. Finalized in the first version, the video was subjected to successive individual tests by a group of four students and two teachers, through which it was perfected in terms of content, layout / presentation, until reaching it’s final version. Result: The result of this work is the video produced with a duration of 5 minutes and 50 seconds, and addresses the definition, origin and motivations of the phenomenon, as well as the relationship of the university universe with ethical issues of training health professionals. The video questions the concept of “solidarity hazing” and finally, except for the destruction of the culture of academic and social violence, the promotion of human dignity. As contributions from students and teachers who evaluated or video, allowed to improve it especially in terms of comprehensibility. With its sharing in different institutional sectors of UFSC and on social networks, it is expected to contribute to the objectives that this work proposes. Conclusion: The production of this TCC in the educational video format seeks to share the results of previous scientific research on the university universe, in order to contribute effectively to the transformation of this means of awareness and reflection. In addition, you seek to reiterate the importance of ethics and humanization in the health practices and educational processes of future professionals in the field, fostering the transformation of the culture of universal education.
