Os jogos didáticos numa perspectiva cultural na Educação de Jovens e Adultos.

Abstract

Neste trabalho tenho por objetivo analisar as potencialidades e os dos jogos numa perspectiva cultural no processo de ensino/aprendizagem de matemática dos/das alunos/alunas trabalhadores/trabalhadoras do campo da Educação de Jovens e Adultos. Pensar em jogos culturais, é entender que a cultura precisa ser valorizada nestes espaços de formação, e trabalhar a realidade se torna coerente no processo de aprendizagem destes/destas sujeitos/as. O mesmo foi pensado em dois momentos: no primeiro momento foi realizado uma roda de conversa para que participantes e pesquisador pudessem se conhecer, entender a pesquisa, e discutir sobre os jogos que os/as participantes costumavam jogar antigamente; no segundo momento foi apresentado alguns dos jogos citados na roda de conversa e, assim, aos/as participantes foi dada a possibilidade de jogá-los. Em seguida, além de discutir conceitos específicos da matemática, jogamos novamente sabendo de algumas estratégias a serem tomadas, as quais ajudariam a ter um bom resultado no decorrer do jogo. Pude concluir que a matemática tem enorme contribuição durante as jogadas, e quem tem facilidade com a mesma provavelmente teve um bom desempenho com os jogos.

This paper aims to analyze the potentialities and the limits of games in a cultural perspective in the process of teaching and learning mathematics of students working in the field of Youth and Adult Education. Think about cultural games, it is to understand that the culture needs to be valued in these spaces of formation, and to work the reality becomes coherent in the process of learning of these subjects. To this end, it was thought of in two moments. At the first moment a conversation wheel was held to get to know each other and talk about the research, afterwards we discussed about the games they used to play in the past. In the second moment some of the games mentioned in the conversation wheel were presented and so they could play according to their own strategies, after that I showed how math helps me to play better. So in addition to discussing math-specific concepts, we play again knowing some strategies to take, which would help to have a good outcome throughout the game. I could conclude that the science already mentioned above has a huge contribution during the plays, and those who have ease with it certainly performed well with the games.
