Contribuições da criminologia crítica à "Hipótese PCC"

Abstract

No presente trabalho foi analisada a teoria que reivindica a participação da facção criminosa denominada Primeiro Comando da Capital na redução histórica dos números de homicídios no estado de São Paulo a partir dos anos 2000, à luz da criminologia crítica. A pesquisa identificou os principais argumentos que fundamentam a teoria conhecida como hipótese PCC, estabeleceu uma linha cronológica, bem como um marco inicial na produção de materiais sobre o tema. Para tal, foi utilizado o método de revisão bibliográfica, refletido em uma análise sistêmica da literatura especializada. Em sequência, foram dissecados os principais elementos que compõe a hipótese e analisados a partir da literatura produzida sobre os mesmos no campo da criminologia crítica, marco teórico constitutivo da pesquisa. Ao final, interseccionou-se os elementos criminológicos e sociológicos da teoria por meio da verificação da hipótese a partir da aplicação do método materialista dialético de Karl Marx.

In the present work, the theory will analyzed that claims the participation of the crim-inal faction called Primeiro Comando da Capital in the historical reduction of homi-cide numbers in the state of São Paulo since the 2000s, in the light of critical crimi-nology. The research identified the main arguments that underlie the theory known as the PCC hypothesis, established a timeline as well as an initial milestone in the production of materials on the subject. For this, will be used the method of literature review, reflected in a systemic analysis of the specialized literature. Then, the main elements that compose the hypothesis were dissected and analyzed from the litera-ture produced about them in the field of critical criminology, constitutive theoretical framework of the research. In the end, the criminological and sociological elements of the theory were intersected by verifying the hypothesis from the application on the Karl Marx's dialectical materialistic method.
