Caracterização do patrimônio industrial nas vinícolas Caruso Mac Donald e Cadorin em Urussanga-SC

Abstract

O presente trabalho busca analisar a evolução construtiva de duas antigas vinícolas da região de Urussanga, sul de Santa Catarina. A escolha do objeto de estudo baseou-se na relevância histórica, arquitetônica e turística que as vinícolas representam para região. Primeiramente será realizada a fundamentação do tema por meio da abordagem do patrimônio industrial, da arqueologia da arquitetura, além de um breve histórico das vinícolas da região em estudo. Posteriormente são selecionadas duas vinícolas, mediante critérios de relevância histórica e arquitetônica. Em seguida é feita a análise das características arquitetônicas e construtivas e o estado atual de conservação das edificações. A caracterização dos parâmetros formais das edificações selecionadas será seguida da avaliação estratigráfica das fachadas que busca precisar o desenvolvimento das etapas evolutivas, definindo a procedência de materiais e técnicas empregadas na construção. Por fim são elaborados quadros sintéticos dos dois casos de estudo, de modo a expressar as principais características arquitetônicas e construtivas dessas edificações. Espera-se que a sistematização destes resultados possa contribuir para incrementar o conhecimento sobre essas antigas vinícolas, ressaltar a necessidade de melhorias e intervenções nessas edificações e por fim, promover a valorização do patrimônio industrial das antigas vinícolas da região.<br>

Abstract : This paper aims to analyze the constructive evolution of two ancient wineries in the region of Urussanga, south of Santa Catarina. The choice of the subject was based on the historical, architectural and touristic importance that the wineries represent to the region. First the grounds of the theme will be held by addressing the industrial heritage of archeology architecture and also a brief history of the wineries in the region under study. Later two wineries are selected by criteria of historical and architectural significance. Then the analysis of architectural and construction features and the current condition of the buildings is performed. The characterization of the formal parameters of the selected buildings will be followed by stratigraphic evaluation of the facades which seeks to clarify the development of evolutionary steps, set the origin of materials and techniques used in construction. Finally summary tables of two case studies will be prepared in order to express the main architectural and design characteristics of these buildings. It is expected that the systematization of these results can contribute to increase knowledge about these ancient wineries, emphasize the need for improvements and interventions in these buildings and finally, promoting the value of the industrial heritage of the oldest wineries in the region.
