Através do espelho: gênero e masculinidade nas práticas discursivas das equipes de referência do CREAS

Abstract

O Sistema Único de Assistência Social é a política pública brasileira organizada para o atendimento de pessoas em situação de violência por meio de proteções sociais. Na Proteção Social Especial de Média Complexidade, quando a violência já faz parte do contexto relacional das pessoas, o Centro de Referência Especializado de Assistência Social CREAS é responsável por elaborar ações que viabilizem a superação das múltiplas violências vivenciadas. Assim, o objetivo desta pesquisa foi problematizar as práticas discursivas de gênero e masculinidade das equipes de referência que atuam no CREAS do município de Itajaí-SC, que possibilitam o trabalho social com pessoas em contexto de violência de gênero. Utilizou-se do Construcionismo Social e as Teorias Feministas, em especial, as Pós-estruturalistas, que deram sustentação epistemológica na construção de um conhecimento localizado, parcial, aberto e contingente sobre as categorias Gênero e Masculinidade. Os caminhos metodológicos também são sustentados pela alternativa construcionista, sendo utilizado o Estudo de Caso, elaborado em conjunto com as pessoas participantes da pesquisa, utilizados como mediadores dos diálogos. Ao todo foram construídos quatro casos com a participação de 18 pessoas. Na Análise das Práticas Discursivas foram organizados por meio de quatro Mapas Dialógicos e quatro Nuvens Dialógicas. Os repertórios estão divididos em três grupos: Expressões de Gênero e Masculinidade; Violência de Gênero; Práticas de trabalho. As práticas discursivas constroem gênero e masculinidade por meio do binarismo homem-mulher. Na categoria Masculinidade, a mesma é colocada em corpos masculinos e violentos e o alvo são mulheres. A construção do sentido de gênero permite que as práticas ofertadas às usuárias e aos usuários reflitam estes binarismos e mantém a corporificação social. A matriz de inteligibilidade é a matriz cisheteronormativa, contudo a mesma apresenta fissuras que possibilitam um espaço para a transformação: homossexualidade; identidade trans, masculinidade feminista, trabalho grupal. Conclui-se que Gênero e Masculinidade devem ser trabalhados na Assistência Social como categorias importantes no trabalho realizado, com a intenção de superar a violência e permitir que um grande número de corpos possa tornar-se inteligíveis.

Abstract : The Public Policy of Social Assistance. is the Brazilian public policy organized to care for people in situations of violence through social protection. In the Special Social Protection of Medium Complexity, when violence is already part of the relational context of the people, the Specialized Reference Center for Social Assistance - CREAS is responsible for elaborating actions that enable the overcoming of the multiple violence experienced. Thus, the objective of this research was to problematize the discursive practices of gender and masculinity of the reference teams that work in the CREAS of the city of Itajaí-SC, that make possible the social work with people in context of gender violence. We used Social Constructionism and Feminist Theories, especially the Poststructuralists, who gave epistemological support in the construction of a partial, open and contingent knowledge about the categories Gender and Masculinity. The methodological paths are also supported by the constructionist alternative, using the Case Study, prepared in conjunction with the people participating in the research, used as mediators of the dialogues. In all, four cases were built with the participation of 18 people. In the Analysis of Discursive Practices were organized through four Dialogical Maps and four Dialogical Clouds. The repertoires are divided into three groups: Expressions of Gender and Masculinity; Gender Violence; Work practices. Discursive practices construct gender and masculinity through male-female binarism. In the Masculinity category, it is placed on masculine and violent bodies and the target are women. The construction of the sense of gender allows the practices offered to the users and the users to reflect these binarisms and maintain the social embodiment. The matrix of intelligibility is the matrix cisheteronormativa, however it presents cracks that allow a space for transformation: homosexuality; trans identity, feminist masculinity, group work. it is concluded that Gender and Masculinity should be worked on in Social Work as important categories in the work carried out, with the intention of overcoming violence and allowing a large number of bodies to become intelligible.
