Animação educacional para os trabalhadores da construção civil com base na construção enxuta

Abstract

A utilização de recursos que possibilitam a modelagem da informação vem crescendo nos meios de comunicação e no contexto educacional. A animação é um exemplo de solução multimídia utilizada para a aprendizagem. O objetivo dessa pesquisa é desenvolver animação educacional para os trabalhadores da obra, utilizando para isso a base conceitual da construção enxuta. O objetivo secundário é o desenvolvimento de um aplicativo, para armazenar a animação educacional proposta. A fim de atingir os objetivos propostos, foi realizada uma pesquisa em instituições de ensino da construção civil em cinco estados distintos, com base no Design Science Research, expressa em 5 fases. A primeira, a concretização, se faz com a identificação do problema. A segunda, a sugestão, definição dos resultados esperados e a listagem das possíveis soluções, ao final, escolhe-se uma. A terceira se caracteriza pelo desenvolvimento da ideia escolhida. A quarta fase é a avaliação do produto desenvolvido e a quinta a conclusão do proposto. A instrumentação e coleta de dados foram direcionados ao público alvo e aos designers/desenvolvedores e ocorreu na fase de sugestão e avaliação. O instrumento de coleta, os questionários elaborados, buscaram avaliar, no primeiro momento, o conhecimento/afinidade do público alvo com a animação educacional e no segundo momento, avaliou a animação educacional e o aplicativo desenvolvido. Assim, a animação educacional voltada para os trabalhadores da obra com base na construção enxuta é apresentada como o primeiro objetivo e o aplicativo aplica lean , que armazena as animações desenvolvidas, é o segundo objetivo da pesquisa. É notado na revisão da literatura que as linguagens contemporâneas utilizadas para a educação, motivam, envolvem e auxiliam na memorização do aprendiz, ainda que poucas pesquisas aprofundem neste tema. Espera-se que este estudo possa contribuir com o desenvolvimento de temas afins, bem como instigar por debates e desdobramentos correlacionados.

Abstract : The use of resources that enable the information modeling has been increasing in the media and in the educational context. Animation is an example of a multimedia solution used for learning. The objective of this research is to develop educational animation for the workforce, using the conceptual basis of lean construction. The secondary objective is the development of an application to embrace the educational tender animation. In order to achieve the tender objectives, research was conducted in construction education institutions in five different states, based on the Design Science Research, categorized in 5 phases. The first, concretization, is done with the identification of the problem. The second, suggestion, with the definition of the expected results and the listing of possible solutions, at the end, one solution is chosen. The third is characterized by the development of the chosen idea. The fourth phase is the evaluation of the developed product and the fifth is the conclusion of the tender. The instrumentation and data collection was directed to the target public and to the designers/developers and it was performed in the suggestion and evaluation stage. The collection instrument; the questionnaires elaborated, sought to evaluate, at the first moment, the knowledge / affinity of the target audience with the educational animation and in the second moment, evaluated the educational animation and the app developed. Thus, the educational animation aimed at the construction workers based on lean construction is presented as the first objective and the app aplica lean (applying lean; free translation), which stores the animations developed is the second objective of the research. It is noticed in the literature review that the contemporary languages used for education motivate, involve and assist in the memorization of the apprentice, although little research deepen this subject. It is expected that this study can contribute to the development of related themes, as well as to instigate debates and correlated unfoldings.
