Abstract

A tradução que foi a base para esse trabalho de pesquisa se caracteriza por levar ideias e os sentidos das sentenças de uma língua a outra através um indivíduo nomeado de tradutor. O trabalho aqui apresentado objetivou realizar uma tradução comentada do livro infantil Chapeuzinho Vermelho na versão da Editora Virtual Books Online M&M Editores Ltda. Foi registrado todo andamento das etapas realizadas, relatando nos comentários os procedimentos tradutórios de omissões e as explicitações definidas por Vàzquez-Ayora (1977), recategorizados por Barbosa (2004 apud SANTIAGO, 2013) ocorridos no decorrer da pesquisa e respondendo como a Língua de Sinais pode usar esses procedimentos para auxiliar na intermediação linguística. A pesquisa revelou que os procedimentos tradutórios estudados são fundamentais e devem ser usados para se alcançar a língua alvo com suas peculiaridades e transmitindo assim a mensagem ao receptor de modo funcional e clara. Ainda deixou uma importante contribuição registrada em vídeo, a tradução do livro infantil Chapeuzinho Vermelho, em versão com e sem legenda disponível para o uso a quem interessar como material de apoio, para pesquisa, observações das escolhas e demais necessidades.

The translation that was the basis for this research work is characterized by bringing ideas and the meanings of sentences from one language to another through an individual named translator. The work presented here aimed to carry out an annotated translation of the children's book Little Red Riding Hood in the version of the Virtual Books Online M & M Editores Ltda. It was recorded every step of the steps performed, reporting in the comments the procedures for translating omissions and the explanations defined by Vàzquez-Ayora (1977), recategorized by Barbosa (2004 apud SANTIAGO, 2013) occurred during the course of the research and responding as the Sign Language can use these procedures to aid in language intermediation. The research revealed that the translated procedures are fundamental and should be used to reach the target language with its peculiarities and thus transmit the message to the receiver in a functional and clear way. He also left an important contribution recorded in video, the translation of the children's book Little Red Riding Hood, in a version with and without caption available for use to whom interested as support material, for research, observations of the choices and other needs.
