Relatório de estágio curricular obrigatório em medicina veterinária na área de clínica, cirururgia e reprodução de grandes animais

Abstract

O presente relatório descreve as atividades desenvolvidas ou acompanhadas durante o estágio curricular obrigatório em Medicina Veterinária realizado em duas etapas; sendo a primeira no município de Lebon Régis, sob supervisão do médico veterinário Mailton Rafael Wolfart, no período de 29 de janeiro de 2018 a 27 de abril de 2018, e a segunda etapa no laboratório de fisiologia da reprodução animal LAFRA da Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina UFSC, Câmpus de Curitibanos – SC, com supervisão do médico veterinário André Lúcio Fontana Goetten, compreendendo o período de 16 de maio a 22 de junho de 2018. As áreas abrangidas foram principalmente clínica, cirurgia, manejo reprodutivo, controle sanitário e nutricional de rebanhos bovinos leiteiros e de corte, pesquisas em laboratório sobre a fisiologia ovariana e exames andrológicos; também na primeira fase do estágio, houve um considerável número de atendimentos clínico suporte de animais companhia. O estágio teve carga horária de 468 horas e as atividades desenvolvidas serão descritas através de tabelas e da discussão de alguns casos relevantes.

This report describes the activities developed or followed during the mandatory internship in Veterinary Medicine carried out in two stages; being the first one in the municipality of Lebon Régis under the supervision of the veterinarian Mailton Rafael Wolfart from January 29, 2018 to April 27, 2018, and the second stage in the laboratory of physiology of animal breeding LAFRA of the Federal University of Santa Catarina UFSC, Câmpus de Curitibanos - SC, under the supervision of the veterinarian André Lúcio Fontana Goetten, covering the period from May 16 to June 22, 2018. The areas covered were mainly clinic, surgery, reproductive management, sanitary and nutritional control of herds dairy cattle and cutting, laboratory research on ovarian physiology and andrological examinations; also in the first stage of the stage, there was a considerable number of clinical care support of animal companions. The internship had a workload of 468 hours and the activities developed will be described through tables and discussion of some relevant cases.
