Práticas sustentáveis e sustentabilidade ambiental: Estudo em habitat de inovação do Brasil.

Abstract

O objetivo deste trabalho é verificar as práticas sustentáveis e sustentabilidade ambiental em um habitat de inovação do Brasil. A metodologia quanto ao objetivo considera-se descritiva. No que se refere aos procedimentos técnicos estudo de caso. Quanto à abordagem do problema qualitativa. A trajetória metodológica divide-se em três fases. A primeira fundamentação teórica, onde são estudados os seguintes temas: Contabilidade e Responsabilidade Social; Sustentabilidade ambiental e Sistemas de gestão ambiental e; Habitats de inovação. Na segunda fase tem-se a Análise dos resultados onde primeiramente realiza-se um breve histórico do parque tecnológico pesquisado e após verifica-se as práticas sustentáveis, bem como a sustentabilidade. Na terceira e última fase apresenta-se o Plano Resumido de Gestão Ambiental. No final conclui-se que os melhores índices de Sustentabilidade do parque tecnológico estudado, são os de “Fornecedores/Compras”, com 70% , “Ecoeficiência do Processo de Prestação de Serviço” com 67,1% e com baixos índices a “Gestão Financeira” com 45% e “Responsabilidade Social na Instituição”com 54%.

The objective of this work is to verify sustainable practices and environmental sustainability in a Brazilian innovation habitat. The methodology regarding the objective is considered descriptive. With regard to technical procedures case study. Regarding the approach to the qualitative problem. The methodological trajectory is divided into three phases. The first theoretical foundation, where the following subjects are studied: Accounting and Social Responsibility; Environmental Sustainability and Environmental Management Systems; Innovation habitats. In the second phase we have the Analysis of the results where first a brief history of the technological park is researched and after verifying the sustainable practices, as well as the sustainability. The third and last phase presents the Summary Plan of Environmental Management. In the end, it is concluded that the best Sustainability indices of the technological park studied are "Suppliers / Purchases", with 70%, "Eco-efficiency of the Service Provision Process" with 67.1% and with low indexes "Management Financial "with 45% and" Social Responsibility in the Institution "with 54%.
