Modelo para avaliar o desempenho da logística interna

Abstract

O mercado tem exigido das organizações: eficiência; eficácia; criatividade; e agilidade, que sejam competitivas e que tenham suas estratégias definidas, visando à sustentabilidade do negócio. Neste contexto, a logística surge como um dos elos importantes das estratégias corporativas. Todavia, em leitura e estudo sobre o assunto, observa-se a ausência na literatura sobre a organização e avaliação da logística interna. Procurando preencher esta lacuna, a presente Tese visou elaborar um Modelo, para Avaliar o Nível do Desempenho da Logística Interna, apontando suas partes componentes e como elas são estruturadas e aferidas. O estudo baseou-se em pesquisa bibliográfica, bibliométrica e empírica, identificando a carência existente. Para possibilitar o alcance dos objetivos, foi desenvolvida uma metodologia com 16 etapas. Se utilizou de métodos multicritérios para avaliar a logística interna, como suporte matemático utilizou-se o software Solver Excel e o toolbox de Lógica Fuzzy (FL), implementado no MATLAB. Preliminarmente foram estabelecidas 15 partes componentes da logística interna, baseado na literatura e na pesquisa empírica, com a interação dos especialistas das indústrias ligados à logística, as partes componentes foram ajustadas e validadas em 13 partes. Os graus de importância destas partes foram avaliados por noventa e três empresas, e foram selecionadas três e, em uma delas foi aplicado o Modelo para Avaliar o Desempenho da Logística Interna, usando a escala Likert para avaliar as propriedades das partes componentes do modelo, onde se constatou a consistência das análises, atingindo 95% de precisão. Os resultados alcançados podem ser mencionados: a identificação das partes componentes da logística interna; a definição dos pesos das prioridades destas partes; as propriedades das partes componentes, uma equação matemática desta análise, resultando no índice que definiu o Modelo para Avaliar o Desempenho da Logística interna. Oferecendo uma contribuição para literatura sobre um novo Conceito da Logística Interna, assim como, as suas partes componentes, além da entrega de um modelo e as correspondentes ferramentas, para Avaliar o Nível de Desempenho da Logística Interna, cujos resultados possibilitarão as empresas a melhorarem sua competitividade.

Abstract : The market has demanded of the organizations, efficiency, effectiveness, creativity and agility, and that they have to be competitive and that have their strategies defined, aiming the sustainability of the business. In this context, logistics appears as one of the important links of corporate strategies. However, in reading and studying the subject, it can be observed the absence in the literature about the organization and evaluation of internal logistics. In order to fill this gap, this thesis identify the importance of internal logistics evaluation, pointing out its component parts and how they are structured and measured. The study was based on bibliographical and bibliometric research, identifying the existing lack. To achieve the objectives, a methodology with 16 steps was developed. There were used multi-criteria methods to evaluate the internal logistics, as mathematical support was used Solver Excel software and the Fuzzy Logic (FL) toolbox implemented in MATLAB. Preliminarily, the components of internal logistics based on the literature and interaction with specialists of the industries that work in the logistics area were established. The degree of importance of these parts were evaluated by ninety-three companies, and three were selected and in one of them was applied the model to evaluate the internal logistics performance, using the Likert scale to evaluate the properties of the component parts of the model, where the consistency of the preliminary analyzes and the model were verified. The results obtained are the following: the identification of the components of the internal logistics, the weights of the priorities of these parts, the properties of the component parts, a mathematical equation of this analysis, resulting in the index that defined the Model to evaluate the internal logistics performance. It offers a contribution to the literature on a new concept of internal logistics, as well as its component parts, besides the delivery of a model and the corresponding tools to evaluate the level of performance of the internal logistics, whose results will enable companies to improve their competitiveness.
