Perspectivas institucionalistas no serviço social: um recorte bibliográfico

Abstract

Essa dissertação tem como objetivo identificar a influência de pesquisas institucionalistas na produção teórica do Serviço Social brasileiro da década 1980. Os autores do Serviço Social que desenvolveram reflexões sobre o espaço institucional através da inserção profissional nas diversas instituições empregadoras são Maria Luiza de Sousa, Rose Mary Sousa Serra, Vicente de Paula Faleiros, Jean Robert Weisshaupt, Aged Van Balen e Lygia Pereira Edmundo. A elaboração de suas reflexões acerca do tema instituições evidencia a aderência a diferentes perspectivas das ciências sociais e marxismo através de autores como René Lourau, George Lapassade, Michel Foucault, ErvingGoffman, Peter L. Berger & Thomas Luckmann, J. A. Guilhon Albuquerque, Madel T. Luz, Antonio Gramsci e Louis Althusser. Essa sistematização em torno da reflexão desses autores e a influência direta no Serviço Social permite avaliar as composições institucionalistas oriundas da profissão e delimitar a forma como as instituições foram apreendidas na década de 1980. Para isso localiza-se a produção dessas obras a partir do Movimento de Reconceituação do Serviço Social brasileiro e a forma como nas décadas de 1970 e 1980 se requisita o desenvolvimento de reflexões sobre o espaço institucional para os assistentes sociais inseridos nas mais diversas organizações institucionais. A primeira seção corresponde a introdução e a apresentação da estrutura da dissertação. A segunda seção apresenta a relação da produção bibliográfica sobre as instituições na profissão com o Movimento de Reconceituação nas décadas de 1970 e 1980. A terceira seção desenvolve uma extensa análise a partir dos autores das ciências sociais que foram identificados como influências. A quarta seção apresenta as considerações finais desse estudo e salienta a necessidade da análise institucional enquanto técnica útil ao exercício da profissão.<br>

Abstract : The aim of this work is to identify the influence of institutionalist research in theoretical work of the Brazilian Social Work in the 1980s. Different authors of the Social Service who developed reflections on the institutional area through the employability of professionals were choosen for this work; the authors are Maria Luiza de Sousa, Rose Mary Sousa Serra, Vicente de Paula Faleiros, Jean Robert Weisshaupt, Aged Van Balen e Lygia Pereira Edmundo. The elaboration of the reflections concerning the subject institutions shows the adherence of different perspectives of the social sciences and Marxism by authors such as René Lourau, George Lapassade, Michel Foucault, Erving Goffman, Peter L. Berger & Thomas Luckmann, J. A. Guilhon Albuquerque, Madel T. Luz, Antonio Gramsci e Louis Althusser. This systematization around the reflections of these authors and the direct influence on the Social Services will assess the institutionalists compositions derived from the profession and define how the institutions were seized in the 1980s. For this purpose, the production of these works is addressed to the Brazilian Social Work Reconceptualization Movement and how during the 1970s and 1980s the development of reflections on the institutional area for social workers inserted in various institutional organizations was requested. The first section includes the introduction and the presentation of the structure of the dissertation. The second section presents the literature research about the institutions in the profession with the Reconceptualization Movement in the 1970s and 1980s.The third section develops an extensive analysis about the work of the authors of the social sciences that have been identified as influences. The fourth section presents the conclusions of this study and stresses the need of institutional analysis as a useful technique to the profession.
