Plano de negócios: John and Sons

Abstract

O presente trabalho é um estudo de viabilidade para a criação de uma marca masculina intitulada John and sons, fazendo o uso da ferramenta plano de negócios. Partindo da observação de uma lacuna no mercado de moda masculina, o trabalho se baseia basicamente em três etapas. Em primeiro lugar, obteve-se um levantamento das tendências de consumo masculino e a identificação da empresa. Em seguida, realizou-se uma pesquisa de mercado, a fim de identificar e encontrar pontos fortes e fracos, as oportunidades, e o perfil dos consumidores masculinos associados à marca, bem como o desenvolvimento do Plano de Negócios propriamente dito. Por fim, foram dadas as conclusões e o parecer final que o plano de negócios confere a empresa através de seus diversos pontos abordados. Acredita-se que o estudo detalhado das ferramentas e variáveis que fazem parte do plano de negócios faz-se necessário para a abertura de qualquer empresa, reduzindo assim os riscos do negócio.

This paper is a feasibility study for the creation of a brand called John and sons, making the use of the tool, business plan. Starting from the observation of a gap in the menswear market, the work is based primarily on three steps. First, we obtained a survey on consumption trends and the identification target audience. Then, there was a market research to identify and find the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities, and the profile of male consumers associated with the brand, as well as developing the business plan itself. Finally, the conclusions are given and the final opinion that the business plan gives to the company through its various points raised. It is believed that the detailed study of the tools and variables that are part of the business plan it is necessary to open any business, reducing the risks.
