As deficiências na apuração do resultado financeiro e nas projeções do fluxo de caixaforam os sinais de alerta para a necessidade de identificação dos pontos de estrangulamento dos sistemas de suporte às atividades de Gestão do Caixa. A complexidade da estrutura aliada ao volume de pessoas trabalhando seqüencialmente na elaboração de números e relatórios, tendo como suporte planilhas eletrônicas e ferramentas de linguagens variadas, reforçaram ainda mais a necessidade do mapeamento das atividades financeiras e do fluxo de caixa. Buscou-se então estabelecer a integração dos sistemas geradores de informações em um único banco de dados, através de interfaces com os sistemas residentes, e extrair deste banco de dados, através de uma ferramenta de gestão, informações tempestivas que suportem a Gestão da Tesouraria como a gestão do caixa, a apuração do resultado financeiro, a posição financeira e as exposições em moeda estrangeira, fundamentais nas tomadas de decisões estratégicas e na adequação das ações gerenciais, face tanto ao dinamismo do mercado financeiro como às exigências do mercado consumidor. The deficiencies in the verification of the financial results and in the projections of cash flow, were the alert signals for the necessity of indentification of the strangulation points of the support systems of the cash management activities. The complexity of the structure allied with the volume of people working sequentially on the elaboration of data and reports, having as support electronic spreadsheets and tools of varied languages, reinforced even more the necessity to map the financial activities and the cash flow. The search to establish integration of the generating systems of information in single data base, through interfaces with the resident systems, and to extract from this data base, through management tools timely information that supports the management of the treasury whit cash management, verification of the financial result, financial position and expositions in foreign currency, integral for strategic decision making and adequate managerial action in view of the dynamism of the financial market as well as the demands of the consumer market. |
