Entre igualdades e diferenças: mudanças nas legislações referentes às mulheres (1975-1985)

Abstract

Esta dissertação procura analisar as legislações brasileiras que foram debatidas pelos movimentos feministas, através dos periódicos Brasil Mulher, Nós Mulheres, Mulherio e na revista Cláudia. O estudo busca perceber a problematização dos processos sociais de constituição de gênero, utilizando como componente o direito e as leis. Para mostrar as discussões que permearam as mudanças ou permanências nas legislações ocorridas nas décadas de 1970 e 1980, enfatizo as discussões em torno da inserção das mulheres no mercado de trabalho, os embates em torno das propostas por alterações na legislação do casamento, a luta por direitos iguais e o aborto. Procurando aproximar do Direito as análises feministas e/ou de gênero, discutirei as intersecções existentes entre as práticas e os discursos dos movimentos feministas e dos estudos de gênero e as mudanças legislativas no período em questão. This dissertation aims to analyse the legislation Brazilians that were debated by the feminist movements through the periodicals: Brasil Mulher, Nós Mulheres, Mulherio and in Claudia Magazine. The study aims to realize the problematization of the social processes in the gender constitution using as a component the law and the legislative. To show the discussion that has permeated the legislations changes or its continuity that occurred in the decades of 1970 and 1980, I stress the discussion around the participation of women in the labor market, the struggles around the proposals for alteration in the marriage legislation, the fight for equal rights and the abortion. Trying to approach to the law the feminist and/or gender analysis, this study debates the existents intersections among the practice and discourse of the feminist movements ant gender studies and the legislatives changes in the period analyzed.
