A Educação Física na Educação Infantil: uma análise da proposta curricular do município de Florianópolis.

Abstract

O presente Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso investiga a Educação Física como componente curricular da Educação Básica, com ênfase na Educação Infantil (0–6 anos), comparando a Base Nacional Comum Curricular (BNCC) e os documentos político‑curriculares da Rede Municipal de Ensino de Florianópolis (RMEF). O objetivo geral foi analisar diferenças e aproximações entre esses referenciais e compreender como eles influenciam a compreensão do papel social da Educação Física na primeira etapa da educação. Metodologicamente, trata‑se de pesquisa qualitativa documental, com análise de conteúdo, organizada em três categorias: função social da Educação Física; corpo e infância; e conteúdos e abordagens na Educação Infantil. As discussões evidenciam que os documentos municipais valorizam uma perspectiva sociocultural e integral da criança, articulando cuidado e educação e reconhecendo a cultura de movimento local; em contraste, a BNCC apresenta ênfase mais desenvolvimentista e motora, com orientações menos específicas para a Educação Física nessa etapa. Os resultados apontam que a RMEF oferece fundamentação teórica crítica e recomendações práticas mais detalhadas para o trabalho do professor de Educação Física na Educação Infantil, enquanto a BNCC traz elementos úteis (como os campos de experiência), mas carece de diretrizes explícitas que considerem a diversidade sociocultural.

This Final Course Paper investigates Physical Education as a curricular component of Basic Education, with emphasis on Early Childhood Education (ages 0–6), comparing the Base Nacional Comum Curricular (BNCC) and the political‑curricular documents of the Florianópolis Municipal Education Network (RMEF). The primary objective was to analyze differences and convergences between these frameworks and to understand how they shape the conception of the social role of Physical Education in the first stage of education. Methodologically, the study is a qualitative documentary investigation employing content analysis, organized into three categories: the social function of Physical Education; body and childhood; and contents and approaches in Early Childhood Education. The discussions reveal that the municipal documents privilege a sociocultural and holistic perspective of the child, articulating care and education and recognizing the local culture of movement. In contrast, the BNCC places greater emphasis on developmental and motor aspects and offers fewer specific guidelines for Physical Education at this stage. The results indicate that the RMEF provides a more critical theoretical foundation and more detailed practical recommendations for the work of Physical Education teachers in Early Childhood Education, whereas the BNCC contributes useful elements (such as the fields of experience) but lacks explicit directives that adequately address sociocultural diversity.
