Product design has taken distinct and exiting dimensions. One can no longer launch a product on the market
without taking into account ergonomic, productive and environmental factors. Man, replaced by the machine like
the nut of a screw (in the Industrial Era), had his importance recovered by the concept of the learning
organization. Within this new context, where the organization must act as a living organism, the design of a
product involves all of its members. QFD, a well known methodology used to aid project designers, seerm to fit
this environment well. This is the objective of this paper: to study the use of QFD in enterprises that ar are making
the switch from a bureaucratic modus operandi to continuous learning. |
