Serviço de Convivência e Fortalecimento de Vínculos para crianças e adolescentes: do direito à convivência familiar e comunitária à execução do serviço

Abstract

A presente dissertação intitulada ?Serviço de Convivência e Fortalecimento de Vínculos para crianças e adolescentes: do direito à convivência familiar e comunitária a execução do serviço? tem, por objetivo principal, compreender o Serviço de Convivência e Fortalecimento de Vínculos (SCFV) para crianças e adolescentes desenvolvido no âmbito da Política de Assistência Social em sua função intrínseca de garantia do direito à convivência familiar e comunitária. A vivência profissional da pesquisadora e a compreensão do que está disposto a respeito do SCFV para crianças e adolescentes na Política Nacional de Assistência Social de 2004 fez emergir questões que exigem reflexão crítica e pesquisas relacionadas. O objetivo geral da dissertação é compreender o SCFV para crianças e adolescentes desenvolvido no âmbito da Política de Assistência Social em sua função intrínseca de garantia do direito a convivência familiar e comunitária. Enquanto metodologia, a pesquisa qualitativa será utilizada enquanto base da investigação, sendo a coleta de dados realizada via formulário online do Google Forms, enviado as instituições governamentais e não governamentais que executam o SCFV para crianças e adolescentes nos 22 municípios da Grande Florianópolis (contagem de municípios segundo FECAM). Ao todo, foram recebidas 10 respostas de instituições que executam o SCFV na Grande Florianópolis. Foi realizada, então, uma análise a partir dos dados recolhidos, que levantaram questionamentos com relação ao funcionamento do SCFV para crianças e adolescentes com intenção de iniciar uma discussão a respeito do tema, com resultados que caminham ao encontro de refletir sobre a execução deste serviço na Grande Florianópolis, a relevância destes espaços para a infância e adolescência e pontos onde este pode ser repensado e qualificado.

Abstract: This dissertation titled ?Service of Coexistence and Strengthening of Ties: from the right of Family and Community Coexistence to the execution of the service? has, as a main goal, the intention to understand the Service of Coexistence and Strengthening of Ties (SCST) for children and teenagers developed in the scope of the Social Assistance Policy in its function of guarantee of rights to family and community coexistence. The professional experience of the researcher and the understanding of what is displayed about the SCST for children and teenagers in the Social Assistance Nacional Policy from 2004 made emerge questions that demanded critical reflection and related research. The goal of the dissertation is to understante the SCST for children and teenagers in the scope of the Social Assistancy Policy in its function of rights guarantee of familiar and comunity coexistance. As for the methodology, qualitative research was used as the basis of the investigation, and the data collection was performed through Google Forms, which was sent to the governmental and non-governmental institutions that execute the SCST for children and teenagers in the 22 cities from the region of Grande Florianópolis (the counting of cities was made by FECAM). At the end, 10 institutions that execute the SCST in the Grande Florinópolis region answered the form. It was performed an analisys from the collected data, which brought questions related to the functions of the SCST to children and teenagers, with the intention of initiating a discussion about the theme, with results that follow the path of reflection about the execution of this service in the Grande Florianópolis region, the importancy of these Spaces for children and teenagers and topics on which it can be rethought and qualified.
