DIREITO HUMANO À ALIMENTAÇÃO ADEQUADA: REFLEXÕES E ESTRANHAMENTOS A PARTIR DA PERSPECTIVA DE UMA PESQUISADORA NEGRA BRASILEIRA EM FORMAÇÃO

Abstract

O presente trabalho tem como objetivo fazer uma análise a partir de relatos de experiências de uma pesquisadora negra em formação no sul do Brasil no âmbito da alimentação, do Direito Humano à Alimentação Adequada e suas interseções, bem como o tempo que integrou e representou a REDESSAN. Essa rede possui por missão a articulação com organizações da sociedade civil para propor políticas públicas que garantam o Direito Humano à Alimentação Adequada e a Soberania e Segurança Alimentar e Nutricional da população negra e, em especial, de mulheres negras. Minha análise etnográfica baseia-se nas contribuições do campo das escrevivências e epistemologia feminista negra, que tem como foco a agência de mulheres negras e dos estudos críticos e interseccionais sobre o Direito Humano a Alientação Adequada e a Soberania Segurança Alimentar e Nutricional que se torna um elemento central de ação política.

The present work aims to analyze the experiences of a black researcher in training in the south of Brazil in the field of food, the Human Right to Adequate Food and their intersections, as well as the time she was part of and represented REDESSAN . This network's mission is to coordinate with civil society organizations to propose public policies that guarantee the Human Right to Adequate Food and the Sovereignty and Food and Nutritional Security of the black population and, in particular, black women. My ethnographic analysis is based on contributions from the field of black feminist writing and epistemology, which focuses on the agency of black women, and critical and intersectional studies on the Human Right to Adequate Alienation and Food and Nutritional Security Sovereignty that becomes a central element of political action.
