Análise da gestão do bordado manual nas empresas de moda de Araranguá-SC, a partir dos estudos sobre economia criativa.

Abstract

The article addresses a management of the embroidery manual, developed by groups and / or providing services to the garment companies of Araranguá-SC, under the creative economy aspect. For that, a qualitative study was carried out and in the data collection, the results were analyzed in a dynamic through interviews with 4 embroiderers representative of the city. The results indicated a way of insertion of fashionable embroidery, analyzing how: work management and organization; Elements that inspire the creation of embroidery; Knowledge on the topic of creative economics; Sustainable practices and work. This article contributes to a panoramic overview of the manual inserted in the collections of fashion and relation to the creative economy, sustainability, cultural diversity and fashion design.
