O BEM-ESTAR EM HABITAÇÕES DE INTERESSE SOCIAL PARA UM DESENVOLVIMENTO SUSTENTÁVEL

Abstract

A busca pelo bem-estar é uma preocupação presente nas discussões sobre o desenvolvimento sustentável desenvolvidas pela Organização das Nações Unidas e líderes políticos do mundo inteiro, onde entende-se que o acesso a habitação de qualidade, saúde e educação são direitos e necessidades mínimas da população. Desta forma o presente trabalho analisa, a partir do método de avaliação pós-ocupação, usando como parâmetro o Five Ways to Well-being o bem-estar dos usuários nas unidades habitacional entregues pelo Programa Minha Casa Minha Vida do governo federal. A partir da análise dos dados coletados em um conjunto habitacional, na cidade de Uberlândia-MG, nota-se que o ambiente construído não contribui para o bem-estar dos moradores. Além do modo como são implantados longe dos centros urbanos em áreas carentes de infraestrutura, gerarem especulação imobiliária e gastos desnecessários por parte dos empreendimentos contrariando desta forma a busca pelo desenvolvimento sustentável.

From the analysis of the data collected in a housing complex, in the city of Uberlândia-MG, it is noted that the built environment does not contribute to the welfare of the residents. In addition to the way they are implanted away from urban centers in areas lacking infrastructure, they generate real estate speculation and unnecessary spending on the part of the ventures, thus contradicting the pursuit of sustainable development.
