Matrizes e sistemas lineares no ensino médio

Abstract

O ensino de matrizes no ensino médio rotineiramente é apresentado como operações entre tabelas e sem relacioná-las com sistemas lineares, muitas vezes o último não chega a ser ensinado. Esta abordagem fragmentada e sem aplicações, causa desinteresse por parte dos alunos. Este trabalho apresenta matrizes como ferramenta para resolução de sistemas lineares, bem como suas aplicações em modelagem matemática. Indica ferramentas para o ensino da matemática seja no remoto ou híbrido, decorrente da pandemia ocasionada pelo vírus SARS-CoV-2 causador da doença Covid-19.

Abstract: The teaching of matrices in high school is routinely presented as operations between tables and without relating them to linear systems, the latter is often not taught. This fragmented and applicationless approach causes disinterest on the part of students. This work presents matrices as a tool for solving linear systems, as well as their applications in mathematical modeling. It indicates tools for teaching mathematics, whether remote or hybrid, resulting from the pandemic caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus that causes the Covid-19 disease.
